I can’t say enough good things about my experience buying a mattress! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—especially Tom, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly invested in helping me find the perfect fit. He took the time to understand my sleep needs, walked me through different options, and never pressured me into a decision.
If you’re looking for a new mattress, ask for Tom—he’ll make sure you get the best experience possible. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service

The ease the old bed was taken away and the new one erected ,the workmen were very professional had shoe covers and took all packing away .woukd highly Recommend the Andover branch of Dreams from the sales team to the delivery people

The salesperson was first class and us…
The salesperson was first class and us the range of sofa beds, with measurements, colours and delivery together with prices.
After going away to think about it, decided to return and purchase the sofabed which was set up quickly with a delivery date within 48 hours.
A pleasant buying experience.
