So far, so good
The order process has been very smooth so far. Martin has been very responsive and informative. The car is have chosen is a factory order so I'll have to wait and see how the service progresses but I've been extremely happy so far.

Started well
Started well, finished poorly. Despite having refined the deal, signing the finance agreement and agreeing provisional delivery date. Overnight the price changed by £32 a month due to a mistake. Poor practice or lack of attention? We cancelled and got a better deal.

Our investigation found that a human error resulted in the monthly rental being quoted incorrectly. We fully appreciate how disappointing and frustrating it must have been to discover this after you had signed your order form.
Unfortunately, due to the pricing discrepancy, we were unable to issue the finance agreement or arrange delivery of the vehicle. We completely understand why this led you to cancel your order and appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this caused.
We take full responsibility for this mistake and are reviewing our processes to help minimise the risk of similar errors occurring in the future.
We're truly sorry that we weren't able to complete your order and regret that we fell short of the standards you rightly expected from us. We wish you all the very best with your new vehicle.

We had a great experience with Martin at Dream Lease. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly.
Martin put a lot of time and effort into finding us the best deal possible and kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always happy to help whenever we needed advice or reassurance.

Fantastic service with Dreamlease!
Jakub was very helpful when choosing my new car, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the car before I made a final decision.
The whole process was very straightforward forward and they kept me informed every step from placing the order to the delivery of my car this morning.
I will definitely use Dreamlease in the future when leasing my next car.

I found Martin very helpful, he was always at the end of a phone when I needed to ask questions and believe me I had many. In other words he always went the extra mile to ensure I fully understood the process. I would definitely recommend Martin and the company to anyone considering leasing a car.
