Amazing service, the team of lads were very friendly and helpful, took great care when moving and packing. Ensured they asked what my grandma and grandad wanted before doing anything. Would highly recommend.

Arranged for a piano uplift to donate to local school. Andrew and colleagues called on time. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Piano uplifted and away within 15 to 20 minutes. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Dom and Phil from Doree Bonner were absolutely brilliant on delivery day. Proper friendly Geordie lads who immediately put us at ease. Nothing was too much bother — they were patient, helpful and handled everything with real care. Moving is always stressful, but they made the whole process feel much calmer and more manageable. Couldn’t have asked for a better team — a real credit to the company.

Excellent experience. We had multiple rooms packed, stored, and returned to facilitate building works. It was a brilliant service.

The office staff were very easy to work with. Great comms, with quick and helpful responses. They were also flexible when we needed to change the date.

That professionalism and efficiency was also shown by the packers/movers. Punctual, worked quickly, and friendly. Dan and Harry (Job Ref: 283602A) did a great job.

Dom and Phil arrived early so I didn't have to wait around at all. They were very helpful and polite and took care with handling the boxes, placing them exactly where requested. Put me at ease in the knowledge that my belongings would be in good order.

Dale, Jay and Dorrell were fantastic helping us move from London to Paris. Even with tricky furniture to get out, they managed it all expertly. Super courteous and helpful on both ends. Made what is very stressful less so!

Phil, Nathan and Samuel were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. The young trainee, on his first week, did very well.

Further to my last last post don't dare question this cowboy company as im still being harassed by management at
11.30pmat night . totally unacceptable & disgusting to the point ive had to block his number !!!

I'm totally and utterly disappointed in this company. I feel lied to and totally misled by them. I used them recently to move some boxed items from the UK to Australia. I got a quote of £750. Great value for money I thought. The quote listed a door-to-door service. However, when my items finally arrived in Australia, how surprised was I to suddenly be charged a quarantine fee (my items were never in quarantine!) and yesterday, I learn that the company dropping off the items is charging me an access fee as they have to use an elevator in my building to drop off my goods on level 4. Like WTF?!?! It's like selling me a car and when I arrive on the day to pick it up, I learn that I have to pay extra for the tires. Since when is having an elevator a problem?? They claim it's in the contract on page 4 but that's clearly why they misled me. They have to hide it so you don't realize that they are actually way more expensive than a lot of others. Based on this experience, I will never use them again and I will advise others not to do so either.

PS - To Jason, the MD who decided to respond, you have clearly missed the point. If you're hiding clauses that any rightful person would expect as part of a removalist service (using an elevator to deliver goods), then you are clearly misleading people. I've essentially paid double the amount I thought I would be paying. This is clearly a case of lying just to get the business. I hope more people come forward and complain as I'm surely not the only one who you've swindled.

Fantastic and very understanding service from the whole team as I am from South Africa and was visiting my Mom in Uk to put her into a 24 hour care home. I wanted to ship some sentimental items back to my home in South Africa and the team sorted everything right from packing , to getting me an agent in Cape town to the delivery to my door step out on a farm. Updates were sent all the time . A pleasure to have had your help. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service from Doree Bonner. Sam and Cam collected my items (Ref 240545) and were absolutely brilliant — friendly, professional, respectful, and extremely efficient. They handled everything with great care and made the whole process stress-free. Massive thanks to both of them!

We found Doree Bonner to be an excellent professional removal company from our first contacts to the final removal date. Adam who visited us a few times explained the company ethos and priced up the job was easy to talk to and we felt enormous trust in his ability. Dawn who we spoke to a number of occasions in the office was always polite and understanding and answered our queries. Finally our removal guys Laurence and Aaron were superb, nothing was too much trouble. As ours was a 3 day move, we got to spend a good amount of time with them, they worked so hard and we could not have had two better young men completing our move. They were polite, very concerned about making sure the floor was covered to avoid any dirt being brought in and they both had a great sense of humour.

After not having moved house for 52 years and a last minute panic regarding completion I couldn’t have been in better hands. David Robson was very understanding and reassuring that they would do all they could to help if things went wrong, luckily they didn’t and I was left in the care of Nathan and Joe, the Geordie lads, who did a great job in relentless rain, to get me moved! Two lovely friendly guys, very professional and hard working. I can’t recommend Doree Bonner enough they are just the best!

I started collaborating with Doree Bonner earlier in the year for my new business storage and delivery needs. So far they have been required to take receipt of, check, and safely store deliveries of my furniture and accessories, and recently they completed a delivery to a property so we could complete an installation project.
The communication and coordination up to this point has been exceptional, and the delivery yesterday was smooth, efficient and faultless.

Everything they do speaks of skill, professionalism, and efficiency. The staff are friendly and take a collaborative approach to helping me navigate storage and delivery for my particular needs, and they handled everything with exceptional care and attentiveness.

I'm looking forward to our next project, knowing that storage and logistics are in expert hands.

I HIGHLY recommend Doreebonner to anyone who is moving. My move came at an incredibly stressful time, whilst I was dealing with a great deal in addition to the move - and they could not have been more supportive and helpful. Suzanne was amazing from the very start, getting everything booked and answering all my questions and reassuring me. Every stage was communicated very clearly to me. On the day I was very anxious and both Nathan and Gordon were amazing from the moment I met them - immediately putting me at ease and ensuring that the move went smoothly - and in my opinion going above and beyond. They were also lovely to deal with and kept a smile on my face on a difficult day. I could not be happier and would both highly recommend them and also most definitely use them again in the future.

We have now used Doree Bonner 3 times and each time we have had excellent service. From initial contact with Paul D. for the quotation to Angela in operations, George in the warehouse and the moving team ( Sam J, Ashley A, Barry B and Harry D) nothing was ever too much and they were very careful, cleaned up after and took all the rubbish away. We will always use Doree Bonner as we made a mistake of using a different company once which was horrendous. Thank you to you all for making it such a stress free process! 🙂 Job ref. 281239
