My experience of the packing has been excellent. Dale and Jay (Job Ref 290707) were very courteous and helpful in every way. The organisation of packing while still living in the house (over 4 days) was very well coordinated. All queries were answered clearly. The wrapping, packing, and carrying of everything was done with care. Dale and Jay worked very hard! Thank you for an excellent experience!

The contents of my house had come from a much larger home in Australia, so there was a lot of furniture and boxes. The crew who delivered the contents of my home were very professional, helpful, courteous, were very careful unpacking everything from little ornaments to large glass, mirrored furniture. They checked with me when unsure where things should be placed (different rooms etc). Initially they layed blankets on the floor incase their shoes might mark the carpets. They even spoke about the routine of unpacking, but asked me if I was okay with that. I was also a little upset as the lorry arrived because my husband had died a few months ago in Australia and this was the end of another journey. They asked if I was okay and gave me a few moments before they started, for them to start when I was ready. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doree Bonner to everyone. Thank you to all of you from the administration team to the delivery and unpacking of my home contents.

Good experience from the start. Nick explained about the service and quote thoroughly via video call. During the day itself, the packers came one hour early and packed all our stuffs within 1 hour. Packers (sam, kieran and adam) were all polite and professional

Our sofa was too large for the corridor, and my boyfriend and I were both under huge stress. Toby firstly tried a few different angles, and after they failed, provided some useful suggestions regarding who we could speak with. In addition, he unexpectedly gave us great emotional support saying this is common for UK houses, we don’t do this for a living so understandably got it wrong, etc. His work ethics and kind personality has made the situation much more acceptable. I would like to take this opportunity to express great thanks from both of us!

We had a fantastic experience with Adam and Brian from the High Wycombe depot. They arrived promptly at 8am, were incredibly friendly and professional, as were the two additional team members who joined later in the morning.

Adam and Brian got straight to work and nothing was too much trouble. All items that required specialist packing, such as TVs and mirrors, were carefully wrapped and handled with great care throughout the move. They ensured they set up all our beds before they left too so that we didn't have to worry after a long day!

Simon in the office was also excellent, keeping in touch with us while we waited for confirmation of our moving date, which changed several times. The quotation process via an online video call was particularly helpful, allowing us to complete it at a convenient time in the evening.

Overall, the team made what could have been a stressful day run smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removals service.

Doree Bonner in Clydebank stored my items for over two years after I returned to the UK from a long period abroad. My items were returned to me in great condition. Steven from the Clydebank branch arranged the return of my goods with efficiency and minimal fuss. The staff who delivered my items were polite and professional and did a great job carrying the items to my flat with care and respect. While my items were in storage, Nicola arranged for my payments to be made with ease and communicated with me in a professional and friendly manner. Altogether, excellent service and I'm really happy with my experience.
