Very polite man called. Convinced me he was calling from domestic and general who I have my items covered with. I was sucked right in and changed my plans over to a "special offer" cheaper rate. Unfortunately,but turns out it was fortunately I gave the wrong bank details,and saved me from being scammed. The are not D and G!! Even when I phoned back they said it was domestic and general!! I believe them to be scamners pretending to be another company!

This company does not exist there are scammers. Wish I had seen the reviews earlier.

I was naive, I received a call from a agente called Dan , the guy say especific details about my washing machine from my provider , they pretend that were the same provider as they use similar name offered me a reduced monthly payment , the guy make me cancel direct debit from domestic and general to subscribe with them, then he started talking about boiler cover I said already had a cover and specifically said I am not interested , after checking my bank statements they charge £24.99 boiler cover plus a digital care which it was never mentioned to me who seems to be a third party passed my bank details and charged me another £9.99 . Please be careful don’t ever believe and give a bank details on the phone . My mistake but they definitely take data from another companies

Just received a cold call from Dominic appliance. Very unprofessional. Because I didn't take a policy out with them (I have my own policy with another company) and I didn't require any further information. The agent was very rude and hung up on me. Please avoid this unprofessional company there only after your money!!😠😠

Do not use this insurance company I have been told numerous times that the money for my washing machine will be going into my bank and each time nothing loads of calls made to them and emails nothing back it’s only £240 pounds for gods sake but nothing I really need that money to buy a new washing machine 🙁🙁

Had to deal with this company for a few of my appliances and have been consistent in resolving any issues I have had! Would definitely recommend.

They said they paid my claim £250 for an appliance that had broken. Since 8th March backwards and forwards with this horrible company. They should remove care out of the name, because they don't care and don't want to pay.. Stay clear of them or cancel and find another insurance. No star's if possible..

Today I had a call from DAC about cover for our washing machine. As soon as I said it was a rental property, the agent hang up - obviously knew they wouldn't get a sale out of it, but didn't even have the courtesy to say goodbye! Can only imagine what their service is like for people that take out policies.

The bearing on my washing machine went and I spoke to the lovely Daniel. Charming young man who was more than helpful. Could not recommend DAC more, brilliant team and company!

Great company spoke to customer service and guided me in the right way and saved me over 12 pounds a month would recommend to family and friends

Too many telemarketing calls when they have been told to stop calling !

The claims team made it incredibly quick and effortless to get my fridge freezer fixed. Dan was friendly and really helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, great experience

DO NOT trade with this company which trading under the main company name as Bonington Mallory on the Financial Conduct Authority and Companies House websites.

They have twice have taken monthly payments out of my account after I put a stop on them. Advice If they continue to do so contact your bank and ask for a Direct Debt Indemnity claim which you can claim upto a year of payments.

They are not registered by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register, it means that it is not authorized to carry out regulated activities in the United Kingdom. If you carry out regulated activities without being authorized, you can be imprisoned and fined. If the firm was never authorized, you won’t have access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and you may not be protected if it goes out of business.

Also this company is due to be struck off Company House due to over due accounts from June 2023

I spoke with a customer service representative today called Sam Nash who was very polite and helpful in setting up my payment arrangement for my plan I received excellent customer service.

Sam Nash phoned me to help me out with a problem I'd got raped round my neck. Thanks to Sam I've still got my electrics coverd thank you so much for helping and understanding me. X

Sam Nash was the person I spoke too. He was highly professional, with an extended knowledge of the products that Domestic appliance care supply.
Would highly recommend this company to cover your white goods, they also offer price match too. Which is really useful during the inflation rise.

I spoke with Sam Nash this morning - excellent customer services agent. He immediately recognised my concerns which he rectified immediately leaving me feeling 100% comfortable.

decided to take cover out with domestic appliance care, after three months with them my fridge freezer started playing up, they booked me an engineer who said the appliance couldn't be fixed, they emailed me some replacements.

I am really happy with how quickly my issue was dealt with.
