they want you to buy as much as you can
they provide untrue lower total price for free shipping
then you'll know you can't get free when the last of checkout

C’est un site d’arnaque! C’est la 1 ère fois que cela m’arrive! Après avoir passé commande il y a 3 semaines et je tiens a preciser Que l on ne reçois aucune info concernant la situation du colis, je viens de recevoir un mail de la poste me demandant des frais de Douanes de 16 euros sur un colis de 50 euros! D’habitude , le site stipule les frais de douanes mais pas sur ce site! GROSSE ARNAQUE A FUIR!!!!!

I'm finding the product is excellent. If the SPF is as high as suggested, it's a real 'must have' product for the Australian skin.
(The order was a long time coming and I was asked for a review long before the parcel arrived. This meant I was emailing and searching for no reason).

The product arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. It also works as advertised and sits very nicely under concealer.

For some reason free shipping doesn't equal completely free. The sender doesn't pay customs duties and for my £54 parcel I have to pay another £17 in customs duties, which is usually not stated anywhere in advance. When I order from abroad on eBay, MakeUp and many other sites this has never happened before. I will never order from here again, because in total it is more expensive than buying anywhere else.

FedEx will be processing the refund. Please refund my money now. They told me the refund process will take a month and a half. I can't wait that long to get my money back. I want it back immediately so I can buy again and change the shipping destination. Please choose an easy shipping country that doesn't have the difficulties I faced with China. China only ships to people living in China, and they require customs clearance. I gave them all the shipping information and other details, but they refused to accept the shipment.

I am using these products since last two months and I feel now my skin's texture is good but aim is remove melasma from my skin in two month my melasma is as it is hope so it works in next few months. I love these products

I place an order on the shop app order #98773 on may 16th and I have yet to receive my order it is now jun 9th , it has been 3 weeks that I have made my order , and no update , it’s been stuck on “waiting for details” in the tracking shop app. I’m getting frustrated about this because I tried to communicate via email twice and no response, I needed my product before a certain time and now I’m starting to think this is a scam.

This was my first time ordering Korean skincare from DODOSKIN, and honestly, I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of the website before.
After actually using it, though, I had a really good experience. The first thing that surprised me was how many products they carry. I was able to find almost every brand and product I was looking for, including some smaller Korean brands that I thought would be difficult to find.
I live in China, and my order arrived in about two weeks. The package was delivered directly to my door, which was very convenient. Customs duties were paid separately to the courier company, which was expected for an international order.
I was a bit worried about shipping because international packages can sometimes be handled pretty roughly, but everything was packed very securely. All of the products arrived in perfect condition without any damage.
I also compared the products with ones I had previously bought while traveling in Korea, and they were exactly the same. The packaging, texture, and overall experience all matched, so I personally had no concerns about authenticity.
Overall, it was a positive shopping experience. I’ve also noticed that they run a lot of events and promotions on Instagram, so I’ll probably order from them again in the future.

Nel momento dell’acquisto non mi è stato comunicato e sul sito era specificato che la spedizione era gratis invece mi hanno calcolato gli oneri anche sulle spese di spedizione….. sono stata truffata…!

I placed an order(#93805) total $1,172.51 on April 11th, and as of today—April 25th (two weeks later)—I still haven't received the package (ship from California to Texas). I have sent an email requesting a refund. I hope they respond and resolve this quickly to maintain their credibility with customers for future interactions. It is truly upsetting and disappointing, as I have been eagerly waiting for the package to arrive every single day so I could start using the product......

Horrible experience it’s been over four weeks and they still haven’t delivered my order, currently battling for a refund but they won’t even answer my emails.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dodoskin.
I placed an order and paid with PayPal, but the package never arrived. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the issue and told me that I would receive a full refund within 3–4 business days.
It has now been over two weeks, and I have still not received any refund.
Because I trusted their confirmation, I did not escalate the PayPal case in time, which has now been closed.
This puts me in a very unfair situation, as I relied on their promise.
At this point, it feels like empty words rather than actual customer support. Promising a refund and then not following through is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this shop.

Very disappointing experience.

Disappointed with service. Did not mention cost of overseas was down to me. Offered refund but they would deduct o areas charges. Will never buy from them again. They can keep my money

I got all my products according to the order, in 11 calendar days from the order, to UK.

I reached out to them through their IG to inquire about a gift for my daughter in Canada, and I was able to receive quite attentive and thoughtful responses and advice. They recommended some great products that are not commonly found, and I was also guided on available discounts that I could apply, so I made a purchase, and my daughter is ultimately satisfied with it.

I place an order with them and it been over 2 weeks and its still show that the order still waiting for pick up by the carrier. Terrible customer service, terrible service. I don't recommend purchasing thru them. I still haven't even got my package yet.
