Confusing return system that led me selecting a high street store for drop off which turned out to be its final destination. Item now lost in system and cannot be located. Won't use again.
I have been use the Bishopsgate Doddle over the past 8 months for my Ebay (please start doing this again) and Amazon deliveries. When I could used it for Ebay the staff would see me quite a few days a week.
The staff are always quick and polite. They are also very helpful if I have any issues.
It has been great to be able to use this service. Thank you.
Problem Morrisons Sheffield cant give me my parcel - tried to phone customer services says invalid number and morrisons not answering - I need my parcel!
Due a parcel from Wiggle on 1/11, it has been stuck at the "Hub" for days with no sign of it going out for delivery to my local Morissons. The complaint form won't work for me, just telling me my complaint is "Invalid data!". I can't find a phone number, or any other way of contacting them. If you want delivery of a parcel in a timely manner, use somebody else!
Due a parcel for last week from Morrison's Sheffield still not received as yet keep telling me doddle system down. Doddle is disgusting, no warning, no apologies what so ever and customer services diabolical will not be letting these people deal with my parcels again.
An Amazon parcel due to be delivered to Doddle (Morrison's, Sheffield) on Tuesday October 30 was tracked as far as 'Out for delivery Sheffield GB' at 1106 that day. It is still not available for collection 2 days later, because apparently "the system is down so nothing has been checked in".
No apology, no indication as to when it will be fixed, just "computer says no"

Amazon stated doodle will pacel, label and send the return item. So i Took my return parcel to doodle at Morrison's Wakefield. They won't accept my parcel unless I wrap it up and put a label on. I don't even have an option to print a label from Amazon has it is label-less return via doodle. Never again to use doodle. I hope the company goes bankcrupt . Waste of time!!
Doddle has unexpectedly terminated their service of accepting packages from any source if you have an account. Now they only accept packages from their click shopping service. This means you can only receive packages from stores listed on their site. Most of those are fashion companies. I live in a flat with a tiny mail slot with no concierge and a key-fob secured front entrance so no deliveries can be left outside my flat. Royal Mail won’t even try to deliver anything larger than the mail slot and the other package services are more trouble than they are worth.
I had a parcel delivered to Morrisons doddle pickup from Amazon. I thought that this would be a worry free way of receiving a parcel but far from it. It seemingly disappeared the day it was out for delivery. I suspected that it had actually been delivered so I visited the store to check, but they refused to look for it without a collection code which I had not received. A week later the tracking was updated to indicate it had been indeed been delivered when I thought it had but I have still received no pickup code. So my parcel is stuck in a cupboard at Morrisons. What a waste of time.
Update: I now see from Amazon tracking that the parcel is on it's way back to Amazon. Sigh! I did contact both amazon and doddle customer services. Amazon were very good but they told me doddle would be in touch with me but I never heard anything back from doddle.
Simply Useless - can't even given Amazon a collection code. Don't use if at all possible to avoid! Have a parcel in Morrisons for collection but won't be released until doddle issues a release code. Very poor and unprofessional outfit. Never again

Placed an order through Amazon to be delivered to a doddle located in Debenhams. It's been 5 days since my order has been delivered to the location, but the staff in Debenhams won't give my order to me because doddle never sent me a confirmation with a pickup code.
Had to ring Amazon customer services to sort this out, they requested Doddle to send me a code again, but so far nothing, and as far as the policies go, my order will be returned back if I don't collect it within 7 days.
Yet again an amazon order that was being delivered by doddle has not arrived despite being out for delivery 13 hours ago! Appalling company, won't pay for staff at Morrisons counters so you end up waiting ages to collect deliveries. Must be costing amazon a fortune in compensatory vouchers, wish they'd just drop my parcels in the amazon locker in the same store.
Lack of communication and no way to speak to someone in person!
I have been trying for over a week to establish the whereabouts of an item that I was returning to Net a porter. I have had various email conversations with people at Doddle all telling me that they are looking into it etc etc but there has been no conclusion. I really can't understand why it has taken so long. it is extremely frustrating - I can't speak to anyone on the phone as they are email based but this just means that they can hide. Please do not use if you need to send something. I return at least 4 items per week to various companies and never have I had a problem like this. Use Collect Plus or Hermes or even Royal Mail but not Doddle
I have reached the end of my wits with their incompetence and poor customer service. It defies belief. All others leaving one star reviews, the only way to take care of this fraudulent company is to get their trading licence revoked: gov. uk/consumer-protection-rights
I ordered two pairs of underwear, intended as a Father's Day gift from two little boys to their dad. I paid for express shipping, to make sure it was here in time. They said that I would receive shipping updates, of which I received none. When I enquired I got short, abrupt, copy-paste answers like "it will be there". No actual updates, no tracking numbers.
Father's Day came and went, and I had to explain to two little boys that I have no idea where their present is, because I ordered from a rubbish company. TWO WEEKS after I placed my order I made the international phone call to find out what has happened, as we passed the delivery timeframe for even standard shipping. Their consultant admitted to me that they never produced my order, and therefore it would've never arrived. Just incredible. She offered to expedite the order with urgency, and send via express shipping.
Yesterday the order finally I arrived and, I should've expected it, THEY PRINTED THE WRONG FACE. How is this so difficult!? HOW!? Instead of having one pair with each boy's face, I have both pairs with the same face. So now I have one boy crying because he doesn't get to give a present to dad. Once again, I try to explain to a 6year old how sometimes companies are run by monkeys.
I have ordered shoes from Farferch and returned on 04.04.2018 in Ilford. Person behind the desk was a proper moron! Not speaking proper English, extremely slow, very rude, he did not know what to do, he did not even know how to use the barcode machine!!!!! He was trying to figure it out what to do and how to return the item!!! Check CCTV in the shopping centre for this date! End of the story, Doodle lost my returned box............
Farfetch investigated this and return my money on September. I'd never ever ever ever touch this company....horrible!
So an ebay customer of mine reported to me that he had not been sent his collection email after several days, so I set about trying to help. Contacted Doddle who advised me that their systems in store are not compatible and that therefore they would not be able to help. The solution would be for my customer to speak to ebay. When asked for a contact number they sent a stroppy email back advising the same thing thus effectively washing their hands of the issue, even though we knew that the parcel had been delivered to them. So I contacted the store where the pick up point was located and spent well over an hour on the phone trying to talk to someone that actually was at the location. No answer. Out of desperation I then contacted ebay who sorted the issue for me. Doddle lied to ebay and told them that I had failed to put their tracking number on the package! But at least it was found. So to summerise, zero (and pretty rude) customer service, impossible to speak to on the phone, lost my parcel and then lied to ebay blaming me for the whole sorry affair! I can only say it's a good job ebay customer support are so good if you have the need to phone them, without ebays help I would have lost out on this one! Thinks twice before using these guys!
Recently, I've had some issues receiving Amazon packages at Doddle.
The Finsbury Park branch (particularly Comrul) have been very helpful in finding my packages and finding a resolution to my issue.
I placed an order to arrive next day and 3 days on and still no confirmation that the parcel has been delivered into the Morrison’s I chose. There is no contact number on their website so I had to send them a message through the online page. They wrote to say they will find out the problem and update me however I still have had no further reply. ASOS in the end let me know I had to wait until 1st August, 6 days late to what I initially paid extra to be next day!
Parcel apparently delivered to the doddle location according to the tracking info, but three days later and still no collection notification. Doddle customer services were not interested and basically suggested I would have to sort it out myself. Only time will tell if the parcel ever turns up!
