Efficient and easy! The staff in Doodle Brixton are great and I feel confident because they are professional and know what they are doing which is refreshing :)
The staff at Liverpool street station are always so helpful. The young lad Tunde is always cheerful and smiling and chatting with customers, very pleasant guy.
Mostly okay apart from you need a collection code to be able to collect your parcel and my code never comes though until the parcel has been scanned out, which by then is pointless. Luckily I work in a Morrisons store that has a doddle collection point so they know me by name and are able to check that way and then scan it out to me, but if I didn’t then I probably wouldn’t be able to collect my parcels.

I’ve used Doddle several times and receiving and sending back items is straightforward and easy.

Used doodle on numerous occasions to collect and return parcels. Doddle have hit the nail on the head with their concept it’s exceptionally easy to pick up and return parcels. The best part of the service is they will take care of taping up the parcel making it even easier to return items. Very happy with the service every time I have gone in to doddle Canary Wharf.
Ordered to be collected at morrisons, the parcel has been lost by doddle who cannot provide any answers as to where it is or if it will ever be delivered.
I order and pay for an item. It arrives at my local Morrisons Doddle desk but the staff will not let me have MY property because their 'system' is down and has been for 36 hours. Unbelievably Dodddle website has no telephone contact number meaning they don't want to talk to customers. Never again!

System falls down where, for example Morrissons in Camden, no staff are allocated specifically to Doddle counter and collectors are kept waiting.
I use Doddle to pick up packages as I work full time and am not allowed to get deliveries made to my office. It an an excellent, useful and really easy service. The staff at the Canary Wharf Doddle are also really helpful and friendly.
Easy to collect a parcel while shopping at Morrison’s.
I like using doddle but my local doddle at Morrisons is rather annoying because the staff serve tills and also have to attend to doddle customers as well. This is stressful for them visibly and then they are not so polite and patient
The staff in Doddle Ealing are really helpful and friendly but the head office of Doddle are not so helpful when a parcel of mine went missing a couple of weeks ago their attitude was we don’t know where it is and sort it out yourself what sort of customer service is that

One of the worst companies to deal with if you are missing your item. They will blame everyone but themselves.
Ordered something from ebay, seller either never sent it or Yodel Delivery driver stole it or someone swallowed the rear light for my van.
While going through customer services department from Ebay, Yodel, Energized Customs, i had a lot of hope on Doddle but they topped every other company i called in vain.
Doddle clearly washed its hands off from the whole. Thing and blamed it on every one but themselves.
Well I’m waiting for 3 parcels , all from different destinations using doddle as their courier . All them were supposed to be deliverd today and none of them have arrived , terrible nothingness else to say other than terrible
Order items from eBay, says delivered they take ages to let you know, waited two weeks for one order, awful service from morrisons.
So quick and easy. Delivery usually gets there quicker than quoted. Easy to pick up and best of all FREE
For me it's so easy to collect my stuff..ease of parking and i can coincide collection with shopping if i want to.
Hopefully we will see fiddle boxes like Amazon and then my life would be complete, not having to queue!
