I was just very disappointed in the quality of plants available. Some really did not looked cared for. Dry, straggling and not appealing. The availability of Alpines which was what I went for, was extremely limited. Those that they did have were so far past their best that some of us felt they should pay us to take them off their hands! Very disappointing

Excellent garden centre
Excellent garden centre, with relaxing cafe doing meals, cakes and drinks. Also a Sainsbury on site. Big car park. Friendly staff.

Excellent garden centre
Excellent customer service, pleasant centre to wander around with plenty of parking space. Always clean and tidy and a great coffee shop.
Well worth a visit.

4 attempts to deliver our garden…
4 attempts to deliver our garden furniture, all damaged , customer service never replied after email saying we'll be in touch. Local store staff really helpful.

Such a difference shopping at Dobbies as opposed to the previous garden centre as they know what they are talking about and are pleasant and patient.

Staff training required!
Didn’t know how to work the 02 priority 100 years of Peter Rabbit free cake voucher. They hadn’t heard about it despite a huge cardboard Cut out of Peter Rabbit in the café. Also had trouble with a free drink with our Dobbies membership card. Just told they couldn’t do it! So all in all never got a free cake or a drink! Had to pay! O2 voucher is wasted now as pressed the button to use now at the till but they couldn’t work it! Staff training required and some vouchers for me please.
