I liked the decorations on lights . I did not like the fact that there was one ierson on the counter serving drinks and a queue . I also did not like the fresh cheese scones that had just apparently come out of the oven . They were rock hard , similar to a biscuit and had no cheese inside the dough. I took it back but the fruit scones were hardly much better . Usually delicious

Christmas Trees are always very good and healthy and don't drop their needles Staff are very friendly and helpful if you need them

Called for lunch yesterday with my wife, we ordered a tuna sandwich and were asked if we would like to upgrade with chips for extra£1.50, and a portion of chips with bread and butter + 2 coffees total bill £18.25.
Tuna sandwich had hardly any filling no butter 6 chips delicately balanced on the side plate that had the sandwich on. The bread and butter that came was not butter but a spread just slapped In The middle of the bread, the coffee was good but we will not return as the quality of this restaurant has gone downhill since our last visit.

They really make the best of a tired building

Was the third time trying to use my birthday voucher 1 coffee machine broken 2 no cakes 3 ok but we had a second cup of coffee asked how many coffees i had on my card to find out you have changed the ruling to having to use them in a month. It wouldnt harm if the staff smiled a bit either no interaction from staff if you see them no one speaks to you unless you go looking for one for help
The garden centre was empty and looks like no one is really bothered prices are high and the stock hasnt changed in a long time i have an £80 voucher to spend but see nothing worth the cost very disappointing shame used to like going but are now considering cancelling my club card plus😥

Had a nice cuppa in cafe and spent over £50 in the centre. On my return home received an email from you saying 20% off everything until 12 Oct so missed that. Your emails need to be earlier than two days before deal runs out as I visited on 10th Oct.

Visited the garden centre and cafe. Bought several plants. I was very pleased with the quality and prices. It is very well set out and well looked after. I bought coffee and a toasted sandwich in the cafe. Both well presented and served timeously.

Pleasant staff. Good savings using my Club plus card.

The cafe is regularly understaffed with notices saying no hot food or drinks. The selection of cakes is poor at the weekends & just look like a lot of leftovers from the week.

Bought lots of good quality harder plants and enjoyed coffee in the cafe. Lovely afternoon, took on booard Dobbies card ,and saved ourselves £4 . Nice one Dobbies.

Promotion on Christmas yet most of shelves were empty, the cafe was only serving hot drinks and cake due to staff shortages, not good

This is a nice place to shop, but I thought the cafe was very expensive compared to other outlets
