Have used Dobbies for all my garden plants for years,great growing results,plus love your Americano coffee,a great day out,something for everybody,clothes,toys,fish to buy for aquariums,dog items,plus fresh produce,would recommend.

First class service as always. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Despite it being a very busy afternoon I felt I was able to move around and take my time making my choices. The girl on the check-out was very helpful and pleasant despite no doubt having been on her feet for quite some time and kept very busy.

Purchased the plants we were looking for. Good selection

Restaurant under staffed, only one person at hot drinks counter so 30 minute wait, hot food was cold by the time I got served. Ran out of tea pots, was given a tea bag and a mug.

Purpose was to use discount before end of validity. Lots of plants but lack of assistance/information. Prices still a bit high but helped by discount. Might be attracted by further offers and availability of assistance.

Have just been to Dobbies in Stirling branch and was disappointed in the selection of spring plants available. The plants available were in good condition but the selection was poor compared to past spring selections

Garden Centre was very good, restaurant staff could not cope, all empty tables had the last customers remains on them customers had to clear the tables there self, this is not unusual at the Stirling branch the staff ate working there butt's off.

Plant I wanted looked a bit bedraggled - on trolley, not on display, so they may have been there for a while

Normally get dog food at another leading retailer (when in stock) as supplies have been erratic of foods for my dog who has sensitive digestive system.
It was amazing to walk in, stock up,(at promotional prices) and sail through checkouts. So easy fuss free and efficient. We'll done guys.

my visit was satisfactory in that i purchased what I intended to. My issue is with the way you present the bill to customers. As a Dobbies card holder I am still unclear whether I got my 10% discount on the plants I bought and then a further 20% with my voucher. I would recommend you clarify your bill presentation so that it is obvious what the discounts are.

Always enjoyable in the restaurant. Great quality plants and plenty of parking

I tried to use my Dobbies Plus card, when the till did not accept it I was informed by the teller that I needed to prove that I had paid my annual subscription and then the problem could be resolved. I retreated to my car and checked on my bank app, my subscription was up to date, I showed the teller the proof of payment, her response was that discount could not be made as she and another member of staff didn’t know how to resolve the problem. I was told I would be contacted by a lady called Dorothy to resolve the issue. Two days later Dorothy phoned me and informed me she had contacted the computer department for a solution. I have not heard from anybody since. Very poor.

I couldn't complain about the garden centre element, there's a great selection at a variety of affordability levels and great quality plants. However, there's almost always a queue at the cafe and most recently the (one) lady serving on the till was quiet rude when she'd rung through my coffee and a scone only for my friend to offer to pay for my scone and for my to use my Dobbie card free coffee. Apparently she had to cancel and start again but couldn't hide her displeasure. This is not the first time I've received rude service and it won't stop me from going back but is an area of weakness at an otherwise enjoyable place to visit.

I really like going to Dobbies in Stirling. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. If I need advice or information on the plants they are always willing to give advice with their excellent knowledge of the array of plants they supply. The restaurant is lovely too. I enjoy having a latte and sitting outside. Thanks to all the staff at Dobbies Stirling👍

Have to say your Stirling store staff are absolutely wonderful couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful! Iv been at other Dobbies but Stirling is by far the best feeling for felling relaxed and looked after.

Always friendly staff in Dobbies. Excellent selection of plants. Good to have just a coffee and cake or a meal.
