My Panasonic S1 went faulty. I was advised to contact DKAVS Lumix pro department. Camera was picked up, repaired and returned before I could say cheese, approx. 48hrs. Roy is my hero, a well trained Panasonic thorough bread. 100% satisfied.

Lee and Paul called beforehand, were friendly, calm and considerate, following all Covid 19 protocols, took TV off the wall, replaced board and TV. No swearing and finished in good time.

I bought a TV from Peter Jones in Sloane Square,and it stopped working.They, PJ passed on the details to DKAVS. Luckily it was still in guarantee. I was contacted by DKAVS and an appointment was made. Paul phoned me half an hour before arriving and he replaced the part. All very professional and a very good service . Thank you.

Paul and Lee turned up promptly at 9.40am, and managed to fix my LG panel before 10am! Incredibly courteous and professional, and they were fully masked and had no issues with keeping to social distancing rules. Great lads, great job.

Paul and Lee arrived in time and fixed my 55" Samsung TV in no time.

Replaced my LED screen on my Richer Sounds Samsung TV that had broken under warranty - great service - very friendly, professional engineers who cam round to replace the screen - quick & efficient, observing Covid 19 etiquette - would definitely recommend.

They replaced a television screen due to a LED back lighting fault in a Panasonic TV, bought from Richer Sounds with an extended warranty. Overall a very good service. The communication between Richer Sounds, Panasonic UK and DKAVs could have been better. But once resolved, the faulty screen was replaced within 10 working days of contacting DKAVS. The technician who came to my home was professional, friendly and efficient, and followed Covid protocols. Having dealt with other companies who deal with repairs under extended warranties, DKAVS provided a very good service.

I was due an engineer visit today wednesday as i thought but no one turned up. Rang them after 45 minutes someone answered to onform me that as i gave them the model number and version they knew what parts to ordet at no time did they inform me that an engineer did not need to visit. Waited in all day very angry in wasting my day

Many thanks for sorting out the problem with my Panasonic HC VX1Camera.

The annoyance here is that I had to pay £200 for it to be fixed despite it being a brand new camera with a warranty.

On the other hand, It's good to have it working again.

My reply to DKavs I never received my lens back which was mine by the way chased it up numerous times to be spoken to like dirt I do not rate your company at all
I have to put it down to experience I now use a different company for services to my equipment
Thankfully the lens wasn’t that expensive and you did keep it something that didn’t belong to you

I have used DK AVS on three occasions, and have been more than pleased with their work. They successfully repaired my 2010 Panasonic TX-P50V20B HD TV when the power input went wrong; my 2010 Panasonic HDC-HS700 HD Camcorder and my 2012 Panasonic BWT 720 Blu-Ray Recorder, when it needed a new 1 TB hard disc. DK AVS have been a godsend, and now, in 2020, all my Panasonic items are still going strong. Thanks DK AVS !

Don't use this company.

I had a warrantee repair of a television and they had it for months with no progress.

Every time I spoke to them on the phone they said they'd have it sorted in days - this went on for 6 weeks.

Total waste of energy, spare yourself the hassle.

Terrible - my camera was sent to DK AVS by John Lewis for a repair. Came back with the same fault. They don't answer the phone either. Useless

Received a quote via email then when I sent the camera the price of the part miraculously doubled! Additionally tried to charge me £40 for labour for a job that literally takes seconds (multiple videos on you tube showing how easy it is to replace the battery door). They refused to negotiate on the labour charge and promptly sent my camera back unrepaired. Shoddy and dishonest and quite happy to rip people off.I would never use this company again or recommend.

My 4 month old G9 played up and I sent it to Panasonic's service centre (DK Avs Ltd) in Horley. The issue was with a power supply, camera wouldn't come on if it had been switched off.

The initial inspection showed there was no fault and after I complained, they re-investigated and fixed the camera within 48 hours.

Good turn around for cameras.

I can only comment on the service I have received.
My Panasonic Tz100, was repaired under warrenty. Repaired and returned to me within 4 days of sending it away.

Warranty repair of Sony TV - I had to take the TV into DKAVS and then collect it (really not good enough SONY, BUT probably quicker than INSISTING that Currys/PCWorld deal with it under my consumer legal rights). Very helpful staff, I even got to speak to a clearly knowledgeable service engineer. Received an email just 4 days later with a description of the fault and the parts (a new main pcb) they had fitted to fix it - THANKS DKAVS

Do not use this company if you're looking for a.) Good customer service or b.) A quick repair.
We were told our TV would take 7-10 working days to be repaired. It ended up taking 6 WEEKS! When I telephoned on the 10th day to chase for an update, it became clear they had no idea what they were doing. The part we needed hadn't even been ordered. It was an absolute nightmare phoning this place as you were waiting for approx 15-20mins to get through to anyone. I was told at least twice the TV was ready for collection... but it wasn't! They are not interested in the slightest in providing good customer service. Would recommend people to AVOID this awful company.
