This is my first time using waste collection service in the UK and I must say Divert's customer service was amazing and the efficiency was incredible. The booking process was very user friendly and hassle free. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

This is the second time I’ve used this excellent cost effective service to take away a mix of household rubbish generated by our diy renovation work, because it’s reassuring to know it will be disposed of properly. Booking is simple, pick up date available quickly and staff are super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

I use this wonderful company all the time and they’re absolutely brilliant. They come so quickly and I’d be lost without them.

Yesterday while doing a collection they called me to say they’d found a new driving license. I then realised it was in a bag with other stuff that must have been thrown out by accident.

They’d already loaded the van but they very kindly took them all off and went through everything to locate the missing belongings as I wasn’t home.

My mum is due an operation and all her medication was in this bag as well as her forms. Her operation could have been cancelled if we wasn’t able to find these.

To say these guys go above and beyond is an understatement, they’re amazingly and I can not begin to thank them enough.

I’ve been using them for over a year and a half and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have been with Divert for over 12months now and have no issues. Any queries that we had were answered promptly and efficiently by our account manager Cameron.

If you request even a quote from these people, you will never stop hearing from them. I have blocked 2 numbers and 3 emails but they still keep trying to contact me. At one point they were calling me 3 times a day. I'm not exaggerating. They were trying to harass me into a service. I requested this quote 2 years ago. I am still getting emails from them getting caught in my spam filter.

Edit: I'm not ratting out your employees, as it was several different people, so it must be something wrong with your policy pushing them to hound me for a contract.

We used this company on some occasions and we are very happy with their services.

having had a very poor start with this company ,, i now think i am a happy customer,, as they have gone out of their way to help me with my issues,,, i have always maintained that u only know if u are dealing with a good company or not when a problem arises and how they deal with that problem. i had a problem and they resolved it so would now highly recommend them....

Alyssa dealt with my initial online query and gave me all the information I needed. Michael made a site visit to assess what was required as we had a full office with desks, chairs, cupboards, electricals etc. to clear.
Our office is on the 1st floor and we need to clear everything using the lift. The 3 people who came on the day (I only got Carl's name unfortunately) were fantastic - really friendly, knew what they were doing in terms of dismantling all the desks etc and got everything done in the time specified.
Really happy with the service we received from everyone we dealt with and would definitely recommend Divert Waste.
