No tracking, I paid an arm and a leg for international shipping.
I emailed with no reply.
Then weeks later I received an auto email to say order was shipped on November 29.
It is now December 22nd, no order, no communication.
I spent nearly $200, it was my daughter’s one request for Christmas, I feel cheated and frustrated.
I will not shop with District Lines again

I bought 2 Premium tickets to Kian and …
I bought 2 Premium tickets to Kian and Jc's Don't Try This at Home tour, and the package included a souvenir lanyard, exclusive tour t-shirt, tour poster and a signed copy of their new book. The tour was 10 months ago and all I have are the lanyards that we got from the venue. Someone had messed up so all the merch got into another flight or something, so they promised to mail them. All the merch was coming from District Lines. I got an email that asked me to send my address, the show I attended and the receipt as proof.
A few months went by, and I got sick of waiting. So I emailed all the participants. First I emailed WeDemand who provided the tickets. They told me it wasn't their responsibility and that I should contact Mills Entertainment. They told me the same thing, that I should contact the manager and District Lines. The manager never emailed me back, but District Lines did. They said the same thing and told me to contact WeDemand. I emailed all of them again, and after months of waiting, someone started helping me. She told me I had to confirm my address, and the problem was that I had just moved back to my home country. Now, after 3 months, Im still waiting for a response from them if I can change my address.
I spent about 500€ on the tickets and the merch. Im super disappointed on district Lines.
Issues Addressed in a Timely Manner
Had an issue with not receiving a physical gift card that I had ordered for my daughter for Christmas...order continually showed as 'Processing' but it never released the order for some reason.
A single 3 minute call to the Customer Service line and Ian had it not only squared away but was nice enough to combine this gift card and a previous gift card into one code so the full amount could be used as you are limited to inputting one gift card code at checkout.
I realize that things happen and, yes, the order should have processed without issue originally but my issue was taken care of far quicker and in a far more pleasant manner than other online vendors I have dealt with.
Based upon my experience and how they handled it I would recommend them.

HORRIBLE- DONT EXPECT YOUR ORDER ANYTME SOON, YOU MIGHT GET IT IN YOUR LIFETIME IF YOUR LUCKY. They take your money and don't have the merchandise.
