The District line
I have used the District line (East Putney to Edgware Rd) for over 30 years and the service has been consistently bad.
The infrastructure and development of housing around all the stops has not lead to an increase in rolling stock, lowering in times between trains, on the contrary.
And, every evening (late night) we need to have a train go through to Wimbledon… they all go to Ealing Broadway. It has been the same for over 30 years.
Finally we have the delay between High St Kensington and Earls Court. Delay at both stations (to regulate the service- they say) terrible, terrible service.
Watch out!! Scam Company!!
I ordered merch from an artist and after a month still hadn't received anything. I reached out and they said they put the order on hold (without informing me) because one of the items was sold how. Which is already incredible since I ordered on release date. Then they wanted to send the rest of the order (1 t-shirt) but the shipping costs were 40 dollars(!!) making it more expensive then the actual shirt. They decided to get 10 dollars off. After another month of receiving nothing I contacted them and they said the package came back to them. They could resend it, but I needed to pay 10 dollars for resending. Imagine... After telling them that the proposal is ridiculous they refunded the order without my consent. And on top of that I don't get the 30 dollar shipping cost refunded. So they basically scammed me for 30 dollars and I got nothing.

If I could give 0 stars for 0 product and 0 communication from the company, I would. I ordered something over a month ago and never received anything past them confirming that they received my money. I’ve emailed them and tried to call them to get information on my order and heard nothing back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they refunded me right away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a limited edition vinyl that was delayed for an entire year (if not more.) In that time span I’ve moved and the second I found out where my next address was I emailed them. That was back in July of 2022. It is now January and I keep sending emails asking to change the address. Sometimes the email won’t even go through and if it does you get a ticket number only to be completely ghosted. At this point I’m thinking I’ll never get the vinyl or my money back. This company is a huge scam.
Update: finally heard from them about getting my limited edition vinyl. They sent me clothes that I ordered so long ago I had forgot about. Still waiting to see if I’ll even get the vinyl. Clearly super disorganized or something.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They sent me the wrong shirt and wrong size. Now they won't respond to any communications. Their phone number just says to use the website. I emailed them a month ago about it and have no response except the auto email saying they would get back to me in the order it was received. Will never buy from them again. Save your money! They should be out of business.
NEVER PLACE AN ORDER ON DISTRICT LINES
There is not a single positive thing that can be said about this service, I bought some merch from 3DOT label and unfortunately for me the order is being processed by district lines. After like 2 weeks of waiting for my order to be shipped, I reached out to their support and God, they only reply like once a week, first they told me there was an error in their system blocking the order, and then like 3 weeks later they replied to my 5th email that my order was flagged as possible fraud and I need to send them my ID. So if I haven't ever reached out to them I would never learn about this issue and they would simply do nothing and take my money. It took them 36 days and 5 emails to inform me that they need a photo of my ID to ship the order. Now it takes them 3 days to verify the photo I have sent, can't wait to proceed to further email battle with them. NEVER PLACE AN ORDER ON DISTRICT LINES

The package is supposedly sent, I got refunded for the shipping cost due to almost 2 months long delay, however I now received a tracking number of a wrong order, shipped to Florida. This is just an endless loophole, not a single thing was done right on their side so far

This is a sh@ty line. The management takes customer/passengers for granted. The management do not care to work on the delays. Its better not to have this district line at all.
Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a pre-order deal on November 25. Was supposed to ship December 10. Nothing. Then it was December 31. Nothing. Now they're telling me that they're sending out the orders as they can. What does that even mean? They did offer to send me out what they have in stock which isn't even remotely close to the size I originally ordered. I was also told the delay was regarding a hat in the bundle and that wasn't even true. All the items in the bundle are listed single and AVAILABLE in that store. I won't use them again.

I bought an item in late October 2020. A month later I got an email saying it had been dispatched. I waited six weeks and still hadn’t received my order so asked them where it was. They told me there’s no tracking once it leaves the US so I should contact the airport it was at. I contacted them and was told they basically couldn’t help at all. District lines then told me it should be sent back to them and to wait which I did for another month then emailed again in which they replied to just wait as they’re sure it’ll be returned back to them. It’s now been nearly 4 months since it was dispatched so I asked for a refund and all they would give me was the money for the item and not the £15 postage. If you don’t live in America I really wouldn’t risk ordering from these guys. Awful customer service and I’m pretty disgusted they couldn’t even give me a full refund.
Good Service
I ordered 2 LPs and a digital download. The digital download didn't work at first, but the support fixed it really quickly.
Then, when the LPs arrived, one of them was broken (it's not their fault, they were packaged safely). I told the support about it and they offered me to send a new one free of charge (without having to send back the broken one), which is really nice of them.

The customer service from these people is terrible, they first sent the wrong item and only half my order, I sent back the shirt that was not the long sleeve that I ordered, and still they haven't sent me my replacement, and its been months of this now. I'm going to be leaving this same bad review everywhere so I can to save others from being screwed out of their money and time, and I don't leave bad reviews........until now.
Never got my long sleeve or my vinyl record
I ordered a long sleeve, they sent a short sleeve, I ordered a record and it never showed up, I messaged them and they wouldn't even reply about the record they never sent, just the short sleeve and that i should send it back so they can send the correct one. I called, and of course they don't answer, left a message and of course they don't reply. The email replies I got were WEEKS in between each other!

Ordered a few jumpers and shirts from this store, not only did it take forever to come they also took all my money out of my account, although I got my money back. This was disgusting

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from these clowns. I ordered some things for Christmas gifts (in plenty of time, according to their website) and haven't received them. Leaving voicemail has been ignored and haven't had any response to email. Now I just want a refund.
Heed the warnings! Don't order from this place! (one star because zero isn't an option)
