Wonderful/ Insightful Experience
This was a very calm environment in which you were left to take a walk and explore the museum. The displays were very thorough and insightful.
There was also a cloakroom to leave your belongings which felt secure and convenient.
There was also a bookstore and cafe to enjoy following the visit. The tickets equated to around £3 and the whole thing was definitely value for money.

The salt mines are truly unique…
The salt mines are truly a unique experience, one cannot imagine how big they truly are.. the tour guide specifically pointed that our 4hr tour walking 2km in the mines, visiting 20 chambers was only 1% of the whole thing.
We were truly impressed, surely a must visit if in Krakow..

A unique experience but beware of the Tour Guide
The salt mines are a truly unique experience, I would recommend it to everyone visiting Cracow! The main issue was the tour guide; he was rushing to finish the tour & speaking extremely fast.We were an international group and most of the people didn’t understand/ hear him.

Excellent tour of the Salt Mines
We booked before travel to make sure we could get tickets as we had heard how lovely the mines were from friends. Discover Cracow did a fantastic tour and our local guide in the mines was fantastic. She ensured she spoke to everyone and gave lots of information but also made it fun. Would definitely recommend this trip.

An excellent tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau
An excellent tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Our guide in the camps was excellent and happy to take questions at any time. Decent enough packed lunch with water, a sandwich, an apple, and a chocolate biscuit. Slight negative points were uncertainty regarding the pick up time (they were different on the email and the voucher) and the coach had seen better days. No complaints about the driver.
