Product selection is easy on this site. The selection is amazing. My order arrived before I thought it would, which was a nice surprise.

I really don't like paying that dang postage. I am disappointed in the declining quality of the picture frames; used to be glass not that fake stuff.

As usual I was treated at the door. Someone was easily available when I needed help. Found what I wanted and had a great experience ( as usual 🙂

Everything went smoothly as far as ordering, pricing was excellent, quick delivery. My only negative would be that one of the boxes of paints I ordered was crushed when it arrived. Product was fine, but box useless for storing paint tubes.

Blick Art Materials has an awesome selection of products, and their customer service is second to none! It's a pleasure--whether online or in-store--doing business with them!

Blick Art has a huge selection of artists' materials and very good pricing. I especially like Blick's description of each item and the user reviews. They make choosing the best product for me easy. There's no art store near me, so I rely on Blick.com for my art needs. Blick is timely in sending my purchase and products are carefully wrapped.

I received some items that were in inventory and they were well packed and excellent. Im still waiting for the rest of items on "back-order" which is ok. I saw that these items were not in the inventory and had no need for a rush. Im looking forward to continuing to purchase from Blick!!

In these trying financial times it is comforting to know there is a place where artists gather their "needed materials" at an affordable price!

Received product in timely matter, however Tri-Art Liquid Glass did leak I called and they were acommodating and sent a replacement promptly with better sealing of bottle.

Going to Blick’s is always a good experience! Everyone is helpful, everything is displayed to make it easy to find what you want and make a decision, and the prices and selection of items is great!

This is a total scam. Never order anything from here. They take your order and tell you it’s back ordered, then never ship you anything.

When I ordered it on 5/13, the delivery date was 5/27. When I checked last week, the delivery date was 6/27. I checked it today, the delivery date became 7/1. The delivery date was pushed out every day, and it doesn’t seem it would even be delivered.

I went into the Blick Art Materials store at 1600 Broadway in Seattle, WA, for the first time on 3/29/22. I was immediately greeted by a man who asked if he could help me find something and as he was speaking he coughed in my face--with no effort to turn his head or cover his cough. This was days after a mask mandate had been lifted. I grabbed the items I wanted and got out of there as quickly as possible. Actually, I didn't get exactly what I wanted as I was too disturbed by that greeting.

Saturday I awoke to Bank Alerts, Insufficient Funds, and Declined Payments. Without notice, Dick Blick put a hold on my account for $1,172.04. Why? …
The day before Blick charged me $596.74. Blick miscalculated by charging for a $21.44 brush that they did not actually have in stock. No problem, give me a $21 credit. Its not an issue for me! Right?! One brush, a $21 value, no biggie!
No! Amongst themselves, the next day, Blick decided to charge my account an additional $575.30 together with the $596.74 hold totaling $1,172.04., on a Saturday. An account hold for five business days plus two weekend days with absolutely no notice!
Was I able to straighten things out over the phone? No! They told me, “that’s our policy.” and “we don’t have to ask or tell you how often we bill or for how much we bill.”
I explained that I was a 25-year loyal customer, never having any disputed charge. They responded, “well, we have no control over your bank. You must be confused about billings and holds. Call your financial institution on Monday.”

Update after a week’s mess:
I paid Blick $596 for “In Stock and Reserved” items. I have the confirmation to prove it. The next day Blick noticed that they did not actually have one $20 paintbrush for which I paid. No big deal, a total non issue for me, I paid in full, so what? … Blick’s “solution” to that insignificant $20 brush was to put a total hold on my account for $1,172.04. For 25 years I trusted Blick with my credit card and debit card. They violated that trust. Without ever even trying to contact me, they turned one silly brush into an alarming Saturday of chaos with bank alerts, insufficient funds, and denied payments. Customer service and the billing department are inept. The mess they created was for me alone to spend a week in damage control. Blick turned my $20 credit into a $1,172 fiasco.

Will you just forget the stupid brush? No! Will you accept the $20 from me as a gift? No! Can you throw in any different brush at like cost? No! Can I give you another credit card if you are insistent on billing? No! Then I want to cancel the order! No! Why is “no” the only answer? Because, “It’s not our policy to contact you … we do it for you.” By the way, the website states, “order open” but we already shipped it yesterday.

We have no car, our grocery order and delivery was denied on Saturday because Blick held a total that exhausted our account balance. Blick finagled with, “the bank is the problem,” “the website is the problem,” “Your confusion about billing is the problem,” “transactions offset,” “we don’t charge for items not in stock” and finally Blick concludes, “We have done nothing wrong with this transaction.”

Even after a week, I still can’t fully believe it; a ridiculous, insignificant, $20 brush transformed into a $1,172.04 debacle. I was a twenty-five year customer. Buyer beware, I hope my rant gives you pause to investigate Blick’s customer service before giving Blick your payment method.

I ordered 10 tubes of paint and some art pens. They arrived quickly and are of good quality plus the price was right. I will buy from their online store again for sure and recommend that you do, too.
