I have been ordering my art supplies from Blick Art Materials for many years and I am always satisfied with the quality of the materials and the supplies are always well packaged.

I like the brush markers I bought this time. There are so many colors. And, I am having fun learning how to use the markers to make the pictures I color pop and stand out just like water color paints. Thank you.

Order never delivered. $1500 of supplies that I never got. Customer service was not helpful. Three weeks of back and forth with them and nothing resolved. Would not recommend. There are companies that sell the same items, with better customer service.

They really need to get their online ordering for curbside pickup fixed. I spent nearly a half hour searching for items and adding to my cart, which totalled more than $80. When I went to checkout, there was no curbside option. Spent another 10 minutes trying to find that info on their website. When I did, I had to create a stupid "list" and transfer all cart items to that curbside list. Ok. Fine. BUT...when I went to TRANSFER all items from the cart to the curbside list, ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE REMOVED! Total waste of time. I decided I am NOT wasting my time trying to re-order again. Went to a competitor that actually has a clue on how to design the UX and UI for an e-Commerce site.
Get a clue, folks. Sheesh.

I placed a nice hefty order and it was cancelled because I missed phone call from them - they said they needed extra info which I have no clue what this meant. There was no email notification about this cancellation. I had to look up the order a week later from order date because I never received it. I told them I had bad service and asked what info they would need if I placed another order. They wouldn't tell me what info was needed "due to company policy" in order for me to place a reorder if they did end up calling me again or did they answer my other questions pertaining to if I was charged. I saw a small fee on the cancelled order invoice. I have placed many orders online for over a decade - this was the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. It is sad because art is therapeutic and fun. I will not be placing a reorder from them and will bring my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same!

Sent a piece of equipment that the packaging was apparently dropped told me I would have to pay for shipping to send it back. Ha. They always ship and I always receive damaged items. Beware

I do almost all of my shopping online, and this is without a doubt the worst experience I have had with a company. Complete lack of reasonable respone. I have never written a bad review for a company before. I ordered 300 pounds of clay 8/15/2021 and have still not received it. I paid $125 for shipping and handling and still have not received my items 28 days later. The responses I have gotten to my inquiries have been comical--ranging from the product is lost, to there is no driver to deliver the product, to the shipping company did not have my address. I have spoken with the shipping company directly and with Blick higher level customer service representative 3 times, and am still at a loss with no product. Will never order from them again.

Initially I had a great experience with ordering the products I needed. However I received a damaged bottle that wasn't packaged properly, open paint leaked everywhere all over the package and dried. It was a mess when I received the package. When I contacted the company they made it sound like it would be a free replacement and then I would be refunded. Well fast forward (I had a couple backordered items as well) I get an email this week that says my PayPal is denying payment, well they were attempting to charge me additional charge for the bottle that they replaced so it's more than the original hold that they had so of course PayPal‘s going to deny it. The man I dealt with was extremely rude & would not attempt to work with me or even understand that it's not the customers fault that someone in your company didn't package and ship an item correctly, the customer shouldn't have to pay for it twice. I was charged, refunded, charged (for their mistake). It should just be refunded & a new replacement sent (that is how other companies work). Therefore I told him to cancel the remainder of my order and I would ship the current package that's been sent to me back when I received it since apparently I didn't pay for it because they tried to bill me incorrectly & for more. This will be the first and last time I ever order from this company and I will be sure to inform anyone else who needs art supplies not to order from them. It’s also interesting that on their own site they have a 4.8 rating but everywhere it’s 3.1 or less, that should tell you something…. I wish I’d done more research before I ordered from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will not get your order and will be charged (twice) regardless. My first package was estimated to arrive on a Friday, when it did not, they rerouted the package mid transit back to themselves and sent a new package, cancelling my order and creating a new one. The second shipment was supposed to arrive on a Monday and it also never arrived. They then stopped this package again which was one state away and shipped an entirely new package which also never arrived. They charged me twice for the order and never refunded me for either and I never received the package. Every time I reach out to them they lie and say the package is set for delivery when I have access to the same tracking info and have also talked to FedEx multiple times and they both say the shipment is no longer in progress. I love art supplies and have always trusted Blick to be a reputable source but I won’t even shop in their store anymore. Lying, skeezy and all around poorly run. Sadly this business will likely go out of business in my opinion.

My favorite supplier for art supplies - affordable, with fast shipping, and all my favorite watercolor brands (Winsor-Newton, Daniel Smith, Cotman, Arches, etc.)

Amazing products, best price, and they send it in very very good packaging, well protected

They arrived in Mexico so good all my papers 🥺. Comparing with Talas that STOLED MY MONEY ( 700 drs - most garbage humans, service, packaging and police of Customer Rights that are ZERO,
Blick is Top of the top.
