Outdoor cushions
I ordered the outdoor chair cushions (3 pairs for 6 chairs) as I already have the round ones (pink roses on a pale blue background). They arrived very quickly - just as well as I was going away. Very pleased.

First experience buying from Dibor and…
First experience buying from Dibor and I won’t be returning. I ordered a mirror online and received the incorrect mirror which was £65 less than the mirror I ordered. I then contacted the customer service team who arranged collection for the incorrect mirror and sent out what I ordered. I couldn’t quite believe that for the second time they sent me the incorrect order again.
After getting back in touch with the team they then told me that my original mirror was no longer in stock. Why this wasn’t checked before sending to me for the second time was really poor due diligence. Throughout the process I have had to chase for updates and I’m still awaiting a full refund, 4 weeks after my initial purchase. For a well known retailer who operates a direct to consumer model it’s by far the worst experience I’ve received and would advise customers to look elsewhere

Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier network, the delivery timeline is entirely out of our hands and there is very little we can do to speed up their internal processes. We always try to monitor situations as closely as possible.

I’ve used Dibor a few times now and had a good experience on each occasion, from searching the website to final delivery. The products I ordered are good quality and delivered quickly. Today I’ve been really impressed with Dibor’s customer service.
I’d been trying to get hold of one of their beautiful pumpkin lanterns and was thrilled when I finally managed to order one as I’d missed out the first time they were in stock. I then realised that the delivery would arrive while I’m away, so I emailed to ask if they could delay dispatch until I return.
Amber replied very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. She confirmed that my order had been put on hold and asked me to let them know which day would suit me for delivery, so they can arrange dispatch accordingly.
It’s such a simple thing, but being treated like a real customer rather than just an order number makes such a difference. The products are gorgeous, but the customer service is equally lovely.
Thank you, Dibor — I’m now very much looking forward to my pumpkin lantern arriving!
