Okay for budget jewelry that's pretty decent, but it is vastly overpriced for what you get, and the custom designs will be outrageously overpriced for what you get. It's just okay. Not awful, but not even close to worth the prices they are at full price. Also, their diamond alternative is just CZ, their moissanite is also horrifically overpriced, so the only thing half decent is the lab diamonds.
Fake stone, it was a stimulant. Always read the fine print.
I will never recommend your company. I purchased a wedding ring that arrived in the wrong size and immediately reported the issue. The merchant—Diamond Nexus—was willing to replace the ring, but only under shady terms. You acknowledged that my concerns were valid.
To ensure I was being fair and accurate, I went to a jewelry store and was professionally sized three separate times—confirming that the ring I received was not the correct size. I shared this with your company, but it made no difference in how I was treated.
On top of that, the ring was delivered recklessly—left on top of our community mailbox out on the street, with no attempt to knock or ensure a secure handoff. I reported this careless delivery to you as well, and once again, nothing was done.
My request was simple and reasonable: send me the correctly sized ring I ordered, and I would return the incorrect one and continue paying off the balance. Instead, I was told to send the ring back first—putting it completely out of my control and at risk of being lost, damaged, or tampered with. The merchant then intended to resize it without a clear or trustworthy process, likely to avoid sending a properly sized, untampered ring as they should have in the first place.
It became obvious your decision was influenced by choosing to protect your business overheard cost than doing right by your customer.
I paid off the account not to preserve a relationship, but to end it. I had a high credit score, a strong spending limit, and intended to be a long-term client. Your failure to stand behind your customer lost you that opportunity. I will never do business with your company or reputation
This entire experience will be shared on social media, with Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. When a company sides with merchants over honest customers, it damages its reputation and loses the kind of loyalty that sustains real business.

I really love my diamond nexus ring. I bought a 10k gold right hand ring when they had that collection 6 years ago. It still looks fantastic as I get compliments all the time about how sparkly and beautiful it is. The ring and also earrings I bought came beautifully packaged and I am very happy with it. Only sorry that I can't find the 10k gold collection anymore. It was more affordable and durable metal than the 14 k gold collections.
