Be careful. Shoplifting!!!!!
Via their website I ordered a necklace and paid for it via Mastercard. Got an confirmation that order was accepted and processed. Expected delivery was less than 10 days. After that period nothing was delivered. Tried to contact them via their email. Finally after the 4th email I got an answer. The necklace was not in stock but I could get, as a compensation, 2 other stones. Decided not to do that for several reasons as explained to them via email. Asked for my money back. No problem they said, we will refund you. After 2 months still nothing. Filed a claim at my credit card company and informed Larimar Magic. They reassured me the money was sent and that they would give me a copy of the money transfer but nothing was received. Long story short: With help of the police and Mastercard I got my money back in May. Emails are available as evidence
