I have a down pillow and it's sooooo comfy. Very pleased as it's soft but supportive.

I ordered a nice goose down pillow back in June. Unfortunately, it triggered off some allergies and I had to return it. The lady with whom I cleared the return was very pleasant and understanding.

Fast forward to October: It became obvious that Yodel had done what Yodel does best and lost the return parcel. I contacted Diamond Bedding to ask for help resolving the issue, but unfortunately my email was ignored.

Having filed a claim with the shipping insurance (which I'm very glad I took out), I simply needed an email from Diamond Bedding confirming that they didn't receive the parcel. Easy, right?

As it turns out, no. The man with whom we spoke, was extremely rude. He asserted that we hadn't sent any emails or anything, and were largely at fault for any and all issues.

Why be nasty and argue over something that's so obviously neither of our faults?

So, yeah, tread carefully, especially if you don't like being shouted at for asking for an email.

The record should show that a manager at Diamond reached out to me within 10 minutes of my registering my complaint over their staff behaviour. They were very helpful and apologetic.

Obviously the situation shouldn’t have happened, but fair’s fair.

We purchased the all seasons 100% Hungarian Goose Down Duvet and we are currently using the tog 10.5 part which is warm enough for the current climate, and when needed during the colder weather we can attach the other 4.5 tog duvet to provide 13.5 tog in total. The duvet is so luxurious, light and soft. It does not smell and the coton cover is so soft and not stiff and noisy like other feather duvet which we had in the past. It's really worth every penny spent. Diamond Bedding delivered the product on time as stated with no issues at all. They seems they are so confident of their product and service as they never even asked for a review or feedback unlike other companies when one get pestered within a week of purchase asking for a feedback. I'm writing this review as I think Diamond Bedding deserves all the appraisal for their products and service they provided.

Bought some feather pillows and was encouraged to buy some silk slips, wish I hadn't.

The pillows are great, but the Silk Slips are not great for price when I compare them with others that I have, which were cheaper and allegedly 23 momme rather than 19, and seem a better quality silk, doesn't crush the same, and they have zips instead of flaps.

Not sure if it's a deliberate business decision by Diamond, but there is a district lack of follow on past purchase, no request for feedback, needed to do this myself.

Been looking for a new down duvet for a while and was surprised when I started researching that hardly any were 100% down. Most are only 70-90% down, even the big names like M&S or John Lewis.
I was very skeptical about ordering from an on line business I've never heard of but after reading reviews on here it gave me confidence to order. I wasn't sure what tog to buy so asked a few questions in the chat, they were very helpful so I opted for 10.5 tog.
When it arrived I admit to feeling disappointed as it felt pretty thin but after leaving out for 24 hours and giving it a few good shakes it has fluffed up nicely. As another reviewer commented it is like sinking into a big marshmallow 😃
I'm pleased I took the plunge and if you're having any doubts I'd say go for it & would highly recommend.

I've been purchasing hungarian goose duvets now from Diamond Bedding for a number years as you can't beat them for the price and they are so luxurious I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else.The quality is outstanding along with the service you receive.On their web site they don't advertise 9tog hungarian goose, so because of this I emailed them and Laura waisted no time in replying to say they do them in other countries and they would be able to get me one.I was highly delighted as they are extremely hard to find and when I did look they were very expensive, so once again I will go with Diamond Bedding.I hope you find my view useful when choosing a hungarian goose duvet as I don't think you'll get any better than these that will give you a better quality or a better night's cosy sleep .I've paid in the past so much more and haven't been as happy as I am with these.Sweet dreams.

These are exceptionally good quality products for the money. I have purchased goose a down duvet and matress topper and Egyptian cotton duvet cover and sheets. All really good quality. The cotton goods are really heavy duty and luxurious. The sizes are actually quite large, I nornally have a king size duvet and cover on a double bed and these are quite a lot larger than any I purchased previsouly at John Lewis etc. But this is not really a problem.
My only minor quibble is that comms are not great and my first order was delivered after 3 days instead of the advertised next day (all week day dates). But not enough to put me off future purchases.

Customer service amazing, instant response. The pure down pillow is gorgeous, had a really good sleep!

I ordered on Saturday evening and it was delivered on Monday, so that was fast! I went for the hungarian 100% goose down, dual tog, 4.5 and 10.5 in King size. The Duvet itself was of excellent quality, and used baffle box construction. I had a down duvet as a child and remember I always liked it, but had forgotten why.

The Duvet is not vacuum packed, which I prefer, as it doesn't crush the down for so long. It lofts out really well, I simple left it open and spread out for 12 hours, before I put it in the cover. It has absolutely no smell, which is important, this shows it's been prepared correctly. You will read a lot about smell on other feather Duvets in Amazon feedback.

It's got enough weight to be pleasant and not move about at night and the 4.5 tog is amazingly warm for it's tog rating. More importantly they are very breathable compared to synthetic Duvets.

when the very cold weather draws in, I will move to the 10.5 tog and doubt I will ever need to join the quilts together with the poppers to make a 15 tog. As the tog rating is way warmer than the supposed tog rating from synthetic quilt manufacturers.

Very very pleased and have recommended them to others.

I ordered a Diamond Bedding Hungarian Goose Down King Size 10,5 Tog quilt last weekend having already bought 4 of there wonderful pillows. The Goose Down Quilt honestly has exceeded all my expectations quality wise superb super lightweight cosy best sleep I,ve had in years . Hubby was so impressed with it that he had no hesitation in ordering a second one as a spare. Highly recommended Diamond Bedding .

Perfect. Having had to return two Down and Feather pillows to another company this week as the filling on their label was different from that on the website which meant they were too firm, I decided to try Diamond Bedding for my Hungarian Goose down pillows. What a pleasant surprise to find that they were EXACTLY the quality and level of softness that I have bought from Nimbus previously (Nimbus sadly do not seem to exist any more...) and they lofted up almost immediately after unpacking. They are plump and well-filled with down but at the same time soft enough to sink into. Thank you Diamond Bedding. Would recommend.

FINALLY a company delivering 100% down (most say 100% Down but in fact even John Lewis and M&S end up being 70% down and 30% feather in the small print). Ordered one day and delivered next day. Top quality products and service. I purchased the 10.5 tog Hungarian Goose Down duvet last year and love it so much that I recently purchased the 4.5 tog for summer use. The duvet was delivered early the next day after ordering and is also excellent. I can't recommend this Company, the quality of their products and their top level customer service enough!

Received my lovely Hungarian pillows and pillowcases in record time and they are every bit as good as I was hoping for, slight discrepancy in sizes received as to the ones advertised but this was adequately explained by customer service who are very quick to respond to any issues

After delivery went awry and customer service initially providing an erroneous response Mark stepped up and helped get issues resolved.

I purchased a 10.5 Hungarian goose down king size duvet a few weeks ago and it is absolutely wonderful, it’s very well made and so warm. Their customer services is fantastic, I rang a couple of times to ask a few questions before purchasing and the person I spoke to was so polite and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DB to anyone, delivery was very fast also. Also the price was very good and it was great to find a goose down duvet that is 100% down with no feathers added. Thank you DB for your fantastic duvet and service.

I love this duvet. It's like a warm hug! Light and fits around your body, no gaps. The recent weather has been so cold and this duvet keeps me really warm. Remember : Feathers for flying, down for warmth!

Firstly I never write reviews but last year I bought a Hungarian down duvet from this company. I never did the review at that time but on Saturday as it has gotten so cold I put it on my bed. That night I just felt that I was in the centre of a large white marshmallow so cosy so warm so light. I have always bought really good down duvets over the years but none of them has come up the standard of this one. I placed order online it arrived promptly and now it is on my bed for winter I am truthfully delighted so decided to let others like myself know.

I was dubious about the company for several reasons. It's not the most professional-looking or slick website and there are very few "verified" reviews on Trustpilot. Also on the website it mentions animal welfare but doesn't have any real specifics about it and doesn't display either the Downpass or the Responsible Down Standard logo. So I used webchat to ask about this and the person I chatted to said they were accredited RDS. I asked for evidence on the website but she was unable to find it but said the company would take a photo of the RDS label on a duvet the next working day and email me it, which they duly did! The other thing I was worried about was returning the duvet in case we didn't like it as a couple of Trustpilot reviews had mentioned that they had had a hard time doing so. The website says you can return "unused" products. So this time I rang the company to ask what that meant - could we take the duvet out of the packaging to feel the drape, look at fill against light etc. I also thought it would be good to see if anyone would actually answer the phone... I rang for quite a while but there was no reply, and no answerphone. That's it, I thought - I'm not going to order because they don't answer the phone so organising a return would be a nightmare. However, to my surprise about 5 minutes later I got a call back from them! They said sorry they had been unable to get to the phone, and in response to my query the guy explained that the duvet comes in a zippered plastic case (shame it's plastic I have to say) and that it would be fine to take it out, have a good look at it and to return it if we weren't satisfied. We just couldn't sleep under it etc. So the next day I went ahead and ordered a King Size 10.5 tog Hungarian down duvet. It arrived 2 days later and I have to say I really needn't have worried - beautiful product, super warm, soft, great drape, RDS label. My only criticism is that it has poppers on the corners and along each edge. This I found out is because you can attach the 4.5 tog duvet to it to create a 15 tog winter duvet. I can't imagine how warm that would be - we have quite a cold old house and the 10.5 is easily warm enough for us! I was a bit worried I would be able to feel the poppers at the top but I don't notice them at all. Anyway to sum up - brilliant product, great price, responsive company. Don't be dubious, go for it - you won't regret it!
