I will qualify that the products this business sells are very expensive, however the quality of those products is fantastic and customer service is great. So many businesses these days will try and screw over their customers and employees at every opportunity to eek out every last penny of short term profit they can so it's incredibly refreshing to buy something from a business that seems to be operating in good faith, as long as diamond bedding keep doing so they have a customer for life and it justifies their prices.

Excellent customer service from A to Z. Perfect communication from the time I ordered the mattress to the delivery. Very trust worthy team and company and i wont hestitate to order next time with them.

Wouldn't buy a duvet from anywhere else, brilliant customer advice & easy to order! Quick & perfectly packed.
Puchased the Hungarian feather in 4.5 and a 10 tog too, plus 10 tog for my daughter. It's well warm enough on freezing nights but as light as a feather in weight. Filling is evenly distributed in pockets and sealed, absolutely no leaking of feathers! Lovely to snuggle up to on very cold winter nights.

I would not buy a duvet from this company again
I noticed pockets with very little in them. I contacted the company and they sent a video of how to care for the duvet.
I’ve owned duvets all my life and aware of rotating, shaking them etc!
These duvets are on the higher level of cost and not worth the price!

Hold your duvet up to the light and check the filling before you keep it!

I had a technical issue with a king-size duvet I bought previously it took a few weeks but a resolution was offered. I would highly recommend this company for their lovely duvets and after sales service either by chat, e mail or phone. Thanks from a very happy customer.

I'm a highly sceptical person, and my scepticism was no less engaged when looking at this company for my duvet and pillows.

I have to say how happy I am that I was completely wrong.

I ordered a king-size 10 tog duvet and two pillows, one medium and one soft.

The duvet at first seemed a bit thin, but it's amazing. Just the right amount to keep you warm and yet maintain a comfortable body temp throughout the night.

The soft pillow is very soft. But for a front sleeper like me who puts their arm under the pillow to sleep on it's perfect.

The delivery was super speedy. The items were really well packaged.

I've had similar products from M&S and John Fraser before, but these are better priced and comparable/ even slightly better quality.

Overall all I'm really happy, which is a tough call usually for me. Would definitely recommend.

Responds promptly on a negative review. I didn’t get on with my quilt due to poor breathability. I’ve tried to obtain further information about the product around manufacturing and sourcing and negotiate a solution via email but this took 5 months going backwards and forwards. When I submitted a negative review I have had response within less than 24 h. I was offered 50% off if I take my review down. I did this and got refund very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful quality, already purchased the 100% Hungarian duvet and now have the 100% Hungarian pillows.I love the 800 fill power, other companies offer 600 fill power.Quality all the way and free next day delivery.

For many years, I have bought down bedding from John Lewis, not any more. Diamond Bedding offer high quality 100% Hungarian goose down duvets at a 1/3 of the price for similar quality. 👍

I waited a few months to leave an accurate review and I can now confidently confirm that this is an amazing quality duvet, I’m so happy I found this shop! I bought the emperor 100% Hungarian down duvet 10.5tog and could not recommend it more. I made a mistake when ordering which the customer service kindly helped me with. The 10.5tog has been warm enough throughout this winter, although my house is luckily well insulated. The duvet is super soft and there are no feathers coming out. It took about 24hr airing, but it kept getting thinker for the first 3-5days. It’s probably one of the best duvets available and for a very competitive price. I’ll be getting the 4.5tog for summer and slowly replacing the guest room duvets too.

I'm very fussy with bedding and pillows in particular and have bought numerous brands over the years. I did a lot of research before buying from Diamond Bedding. The quality of their products is excellent. The fact that they also keep their prices reasonable compared to a lot of companies is also a credit to them. We bought the hungarian 7.0 tog duvet and 4 hungarian goose down pillows in medium standard. The pillows keep their loft really well. The duvet is everything you want in a duvet. Really super impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else for bedding now. I just ordered the same duvet in a different size for our new bed.

Just wanted to give an update for the 10.5 duck down duvet so if your a hot sleeper I would go for a lower tog I’m a very hot sleeper and purchased the 10.5 tog and it is lovely and light however it is too warm for myself I do wish now I had gone for a lower tog as I can’t use it and am having to look for another duvet which can get expensive if you don’t get the right one

I ordered a single 100% goose down duvet. Claims a size of 200cm by 140cm. In reality the long side seems to measure ~160cm and the wide side ~110cm (to the nearest 10cm). To ensure this was accurate, I compared the diamond bedding duvet against another also apparently of 200 by 135 and realised that the diamond bedding one was slightly shorter (beside the Duvet cover was 197cm long so you’d expect the duvet would struggle to fit - it does not). I then realised that bunching up can shorten these far more than other kinds of duvets and the diamond bedding one, though close to 200 doesn’t seem to get there though once flattened may do so. Covers a single bed, but not when you’re in it - especially if ~6ft. I feel somewhat cheated and can’t return this expensive item for a more generous alternative.

I recently received our new Hungarian goose-down duvet with a 13.5 tog rating after feeling chilly with our previous one from Dunelm. I can honestly say that this duvet is well-made, with all pockets evenly filled and distributed. I was initially hesitant about
the purchase, but I'm so glad I decided to go for it in the end. We both immediately noticed a difference in quality compared to our previous goose-down duvet. I'm giving this product a 5-star rating because you won’t be disappointed with it.

We purchased their 100% Hungarian Goose Down King size duvet and it is so soft and warm. Excellent service from the admin. staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant. Delivery excellent. Wanted a duvet about this tog. Perfect for mid season. Warm and comfy and no crackle like others. Just wraps itself around you.Will recommend to friends and know where to shop in future.

It was my great experience to have a 100% goose down duvet.I bought in 2020 and still on.Well recommended for anyone from my experience over the years and liked by others whom did i recommend too.

Had this thing nearly 2 years now and its still fantastic, comfy, soft, warm and generally lovely, not that i get much time under it these days as my partner pinches it and gets all bundled up every night (after initially saying "itll be too warm i cant sleep under that") itll beat even the frostiest temps but its still not going to roast you on a warmer night. probably one of the best investments you can make for your bed

I have a down pillow and it's sooooo comfy. Very pleased as it's soft but supportive.
