Informative & Casual Conversation Selling
Salesman was very helpful and non judgemental, never felt pressured or forced into anything, was more of a casual and informative conversation.
The only thing was the sofa care plan was perhaps a little pushy, however I work in sales myself and understand the nature of this.
Incredibly polite and helpful, informative, able to ask every question, and gave us as much space as we needed.
Very good experience.

In store service was excellent
In store service was excellent. Staff were not in anyway pushy, stood back until approached. Went through all of the options simply and were helpful from start to finish. Looking forward to delivery which is being updated regularly to keep me in the loop.

Good sales assistant at DFS
Went on Friday had A very helpful sales assistant with lots of knowledge about every sofa we asked about. Went back on Monday, he remember us and answered more questions. Left us alone to decide and then we placed an order with him. A valuable member of the team at DFS. Thank you so much for being helpful and patience whilst we were deciding and no pressure selling.
