We had visited the llantrisant store twice before we finally made a decision on a sofa. Each time the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. On entering the store an assistant…
On entering the store an assistant approached us, introduced himself ,explained the layout and told us that if we needed any further help to call him. No badgering or bothering until we called him for information. That was excellent!! Once we did call him he was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. His knowledge of the product was also excellent. He did everything he could to help us and was a credit to the company. Thanks for an enjoyable experience and to the assistant Lewis.
