Very pleased with our sofas (Aventra range), very comfortable, all of the features are working as they should, staff in the High Wycombe store were knowledgable and helpful, delivery came earlier than expected which was good for us as our old sofas were past their best, delivery on the day was excellent, the delivery company staff were very polite and helpful. Overall very pleased with the service we received and will definitely use DFS again A+

Very helpful salesperson
Very helpful salesperson, who showed me a number of options, and found just the right fabric samples for me. She didn't try to push me out of my price range and in the end I bought a sofa and a coffee table as I was very relaxed and having a great experience.

The sales assistant had a good knowledge of the products while being friendly but not pushy.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful .
My only complaint is about the delivery charge which I think is extremely excessive.
John lewis charge £20 . Apologising that it is not free .
You charge more than £100 more .
I havd chosen a small 2 seater settee and a small footstool.
This is going to be delivered to the ground floor of my house . I have a drive and easy access .
Im not happy to be paying this amount .
