I went to dfs to look for a family size sofa and I found one that I liked. The lady that help me was so funny, helpful and patient. She never force me into buying extra that others do and made sure I was happy with sofa.

Iqbal is the main man. He listened to what we needed and made the perfect recommendation. We ended up buying 2 sofas there and then.

Five stars for the DFS Enfield showroom team, but zero stars for customer care.

​The first part of our delivery arrived with a major defect: a footstool with an unattached top and ~30 exposed nails. This is a serious hazard in a house with three young daughters. I called DFS on Wednesday, but because it was dispatched by a third party, I was fobbed off with a promise of a callback. It is now Sunday - total silence.

​It is incredibly disappointing to go from such a premium in-store experience to being left in limbo with a dangerous product. With our main sofa arriving in a few weeks, this total lack of accountability leaves us feeling incredibly anxious about what's to come.

DFS, you need to rectify this immediately.

Aysel was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured. She explained all the options clearly, answered every question with confidence, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Good Service

The experience in the store was very positive. We were able to walk around the store freely without being 'harrassed' by staff. When we needed help we got it from a staff member who; was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I needed to cancel the order for sofas that I ordered from the Enfield Branch due to a change of circumstance. Over the last three weeks, I have tried to contact DFS via the web chat, customer services, feedback form and formal complaint with no progress. DFS has not acknowledged or responded to my complaint which was made on 20.05.26.

Desperate to resolve this issue, I also visited the store on 23.05.26, and was reassured by the manager that he would email me yesterday or today with a resolution. I have received no email or resolution to this issue from him. The customer service is poor and Ineffective.
Based on the poor standard of customer service, including a system where my requests for cancellation of my order have not completed by DFS, I cannot recommend this company.

The customer service I received from Lisa was impeccable. She was very friendly and explained everything in great detail.

Mother and I went into the store over a week for just a quote and only to be pressured to place an order part deposit payment and rest on finance. Less than 24hrs we declined the finance with the finance company and they confirmed it cancelled. Also we went into store for our deposit refund and the staffs playing delayed tactics in giving back my refund. Still till date we are still waiting for our refund. Instead, they keep ringing us still playing ignorant and trying to force the sale. We need the store manager to contact us asap otherwise we would have to take up on legal action.
