Poor service
Mother and I went into the store over a week for just a quote and only to be pressured to place an order part deposit payment and rest on finance. Less than 24hrs we declined the finance with the finance company and they confirmed it cancelled. Also we went into store for our deposit refund and the staffs playing delayed tactics in giving back my refund. Still till date we are still waiting for our refund. Instead, they keep ringing us still playing ignorant and trying to force the sale. We need the store manager to contact us asap otherwise we would have to take up on legal action.

I found it quite a pleasant experience in the beginning of being shown everything that was useful in the item that I was interested in with good knowledge of the sofa that I was interested in. Peaceful experience
Staff was extremely friendly and most important gave us time and space to choose what we wanted. Others places we visited had staff following us around the store which was kind of intimidating; however, here at DFS the staff politely waited until they knew we were ready before approaching us. In addition, they answered all our questions promptly and explained everything simply and politely.

Delivery information is not clear
Delivery information is not clear. Even after requesting a reschedule, there was no proper response. Because of this, I am struggling to manage my duty schedule. Our house is very far away, and it takes nearly 4 hours to travel. Every day I keep worrying about which day is selected for delivery. Please improve communication and provide proper delivery updates.

Lisa was amazing throughout, she greeted us and ask if we know what we looking for.. the sofa set we selected online didn’t look great so she suggested her few more options according to our needs and how we can build it accordingly..
