When we first came in we were greeted by George who made us feel welcome he was very polite and professional the whole time and helped us find what we where looking for amazing customer service from all other staff as well

Very helpful, genuine kindness and time given, not rushed in any way. Loved that we could see our chosen couch on the large screen in the shape size and colour.

Everyone was so helpful and didn’t feel pressured into any purchases

I bought a sofa . And have wited 3 week for delivery ..... fast delivery ... .

I am happy with my sofa. It is as ordered. I ordered online so no contact with sales staff.

However this review is about the delivery guys. Brilliant. Nice guys. Quick. Professional but wee bit banter chucked in. Wish I had money to tip them but im poor! The sofa is currently the most expensive thing I own, its worth more than my car haha. So sorry no tips lads but you were 5star

I had a really good experience at DFS. The showroom has a huge furniture collection with options at every price point, so you’ll find something affordable without feeling limited.

The layout and arrangement is fabulous too. Everything is grouped really well, so it’s easy to browse different styles and picture pieces in your own home.

What stood out most were the sales executives. They were very nice, gave us plenty of time, and didn’t rush us at all. Ryan and Neil were especially brilliant. They listened, answered every question, and gave all the relevant information we needed to make the right choice.

Great selection, welcoming store, and staff who actually care. I’d definitely recommend DFS if you’re sofa shopping.

We visited several times while trying to decide on a sofa. Both staff that helped us where patient and helpful.

We recently purchased sofas, and Zara provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable, offered excellent advice, and helped us choose the right options for our needs. Zara also secured us a great price, which we really appreciated. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable. We highly recommend her and would like to thank her for all her help.

The staff at the new Craig hall were so friendly and helpful sorry I’ve forgot the name of the young man who served us he was very helpful and polite and called about until he was able to get the suite I wanted

Zara was extremely helpful when we were selecting our new sofa recently. She provided helpful information on the initial options we saw and then really supported how a floor plan would look - I loved the suggestions on how to pull the room together. Nothing seemed to be a bother and Zara was happy to come in to meet us on her day off if required. Our whole experience was very positive - Zara was very knowledgeable, quickly responsive to all messages, and wanted to give us the best deal. Thanks for all your help, Zara! We can’t wait to see our new sofa.
