We picked dfs because our last suite was from there and we were extremely delighted with the after sales service we received when we needed it.
Ryan was helpful and did not pressure us at all (even offered us tea or coffee) . He gave us the information we asked for on the items we were looking at and needed clarification on a few points to help us choose. We saw two suites we were interested in . My wife and I took the time to discuss but we could not make up our minds. We decided to have a wee break away from the store to gather out thoughts and make a decision. There was no pressure at all and once we made up our mind , it was a pleasure to set the ball rolling.
It can be a very stressful time buying a suite as was our experience with our last one( dfs were the last store we visited last time) . If only we had visited dfs first it would have saved us a lot of unneccesary stress.
We decided to go to dfs with the mindset that that is where we will buy based on our experience with them. This was because the 15 year frame and spring guarantee which is one of the best we have come across . We did try one other store nearby but the quality was not there. You can tell immediately just by sitting if the support of the sofa is there or not.

Karina was very helpful. She did her best to find the products I wanted at the best prices and went above and beyond in finding me a replacement when one of the items I needed wasn't available on express delivery. She gave me the best customer service I have ever received in a furniture store! She made the whole experience smooth and hassle free.

Went into the Edinburgh store to have a look and seen the perfect sofa. Spoke to George in the store who was very helpful and not pushy at all. Said to go away and have a think about it. Really great service and can’t thank him enough for making me comfortable in the store

Euan was extremely helpful and in no way did we feel pressured into a purchase. Allowed us to browse in a timely manner and answered questions. Great customer experience. Store bright and plenty selection. Would highly recommend

Greeted quickly. Furniture rep was very helpful, present and gave information. We looked around and consulted with her a few times as we made our decision. Very knowledgeable about her stock and aspects of different models of sofa and materials.

Ryan was very helpful talking us through the colours, sizes etc double checking everything .From walking into the shop he understood what we were looking for and showed us various suites he made buying our new suite easy thank you Ryan

The customer service was unreal from start to finish! I met Caitlin Patterson in the shop and she was such a friendly face that made everything feel so comfortable. She gave me her email address if I had any other questions which was really helpful. Couldn’t fault her at all. Great attribute to the team.

Went in looking for a recliner. Salesman was very good, not pushy and gave us time to walk about the store, but was on hand to answer any questions and give advice.
