DFS wow what a store top marks
What was really nice unlike other sofa firms that poun ce on as soon as you walk in,,we was left alone and only when we were ready did they approach us.This was all done in a very professional manner.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The lovely Emma who looked after us was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to show us all of our options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The store itself was clean, tidy, and had a great selection of sofas to choose from. We were even offered a drink, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable rather than rushed.
A huge thank you to Emma for making our visit so enjoyable. We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive!

Attended twice and was kindly helped by Emma who was very patient and knowledgeable when looking at different options for a modular L shape sofa.
Jason helped on my third visit and was again very knowledgeable when making final decisions over materials etc.
