Lee was super today, gave us the time we needed to make sure it was the sofa we really wanted. Then went through everything for us and all the details we needed to know.
Brought our last sofa 20 years ago and it’s lasted that long so come back again for another one and top service yet again. Can’t wait for it to be delivered now.

The service in store was fantastic. A lovely Lady called May helped me identify the sofa which was right for me. She was a wealth of knowledge around all the different sizes and models. I was super impressed. A few weeks later when it came to purchasing the Sofa a gentleman called Lee helped me. He was very friendly, polite, knowledable and made buying my first sofa a fun experience

Great choice of Sofas, we went specifically to see the Country Living brand sofas and ended up buying from the Joules range.
The staff were great, very warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable, giving us time to decide what we wanted. We were mostly supported by Paige who was very patient and supported us to make the right choice for us.

Fantastic service from May at the Droitwich store. She was very patient and listened carefully to our requirements; she was not pushy at all, and we have left the store extremely happy, looking forward to our new sofa in time for Autumn. 10/10! Wonderful service!

Having purchased my sofa from the DFS showroom In Droitwich I was told I would be contacted by the transport company for a delivery date. A day later I received a call from the delivery company asking me for a convenient delivery date so I told them the 30th July which was agreed and confirmed to me by the caller. Within minutes I received a text message saying is the 4th August ok for delivery 🤷‍♀️ the only way to communicate back was to text No as they don’t give you the transport company’s number which is ridiculous. I then received a day later a confirmation date from DFS that my furniture is being delivered on the 30th July as I had originally agreed. The next day I received another text message saying can my furniture be delivered on the 4th August again I texted back no. Yesterday I received 2 emails from DFS saying your furniture is being delivered tomorrow (30th July) so please make sure your access is clear etc so I have emptied my living room of the old furniture in preparation for today’s delivery (30th July) and I’m stood in my empty lounge waiting for the delivery driver when I get a phone call from a Coventry number and a lady telling me that we are just checking that you can take your furniture delivery on the 4th August 🤷‍♀️😡 How incompetent is this company when DFS are emailing me that it’s being delivered today and their delivery contractor has a different date. I am never using DFS ever again

DFS just replied to my review saying your order has been completed today so all sorted - actually DFS only part of my order was delivered today and it was only when your delivery driver informed me on my doorstep that only half of my order was on the lorry so no I’m not happy with how you treat and communicate with your customers

Had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful, as we had some difficult issues which we needed to resolve and the staff offered some useful advice.

Swift and friendly and knowledgeable

May the member of staff at DFS Drotwich store was brilliant, she informed myself of everything step by step. Very helpful friendly service.

When we asked a sales rep for information, it was clear, and useful. We were given time to look at our pace, then they came back to us after a reasonable amount of time. Then spent time with us, trying out the suites we liked, with lots of information. Not pushy.
Once we had made a choice, they went through everything that would happen next, again clearly. I would recommend the reps were more visible, on the shop floor. We did initially have to knock on the office door to find a member of staff. Overall a good experience, and a purchase made.
