Great experience
My husband and I were looking for a sofa as we recently moved to a new house. The sales assistant, Paisley, was welcoming, knowledgeable about the sofa and covered the terms and conditions as well as the care for the sofa. She offered my husband and I a drink which was a lovely touch and she let us have a look around before deciding and ordering a sofa.

Great service.
Lee was really knowledgeable and talked us through everything we needed to know. He gave us plenty of space and we did not feel pressurised into a sale at all.

Absolutely fantastic service from staff at DFS Droitwich today!! Jas was very patient and informative, his professionalism and expertise were second to none. The selection of sofas on display was plentiful and impressive, the ambience of the store was relaxing and comfortable, all in all a very pleasant experience whilst placing our order. Purchase on a Monday
Quick service once I found someone to serve me. Also assisted by the fact that I knew what I wanted, so was not having a sales pitch on every item in the shop. Staff were polite and helpful. I wasn't consulted on delivery options. Just quoted and paid for the highest. Hence the drop of a star.

Our delivery charge is the same in-store, online and over the phone. Your delivery will be assembled in a room of your choice by professionals and the packaging of your furniture is then disposed of in a sustainable and responsible way.
We do apologise for the experience you have received when placing the order, we do apologise if the delivery charge was not mentioned as this is very disappointing to hear.
