its a really large showroom with a large number of sofa to choose from. it give you an overall experience of material, comfort, size and other features. so its easy to choose what we want and how we want it in terms of material, colour , size and orientation.

Helpful, not pushy
A lady asked us if we needed help but we were still wandering around. We then tried a few recliners and were 95% sure we had found the one. Steve then came to us, showed us a couple of others and the different available fabrics.He was very helpful without being pushy and as someone who owns a shop, customer service is very important to me. He brought us a coffee and went through all the options. This is the third suite we have bought from your store in 34 years, we don’t even look anywhere else.
I also wanted to mention how lovely and clean the ladies loo was.

Showroom experience
The first person who showed us around led us to the more expensive sofas and seemed to dismiss many of our ideas. Secondly we were helped by April who was warm & friendly and worked with us to find the right sofa. Thank you April.
Sofa yet to be delivered so unable to comment further.
