I went into store 3 times on the same day before making my decision. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful and didn’t put me under any pressure to purchase and have time to consider everything first

No complications or issues, just a straight forward transaction as required.

Today we have been to DFS at Darley Dale where we was welcomed in by the lovely Gary, he asked us what we would like to see and led us through the Sofa department, he helped us find the correct Sofa that we loved and made us a coffee whilst telling us all about th care plan and options we could have, all in all we had a great experience and Gary was very helpful, we are looking forward to our new Sofa arriving.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We got exactly the sofa we wanted, and the attention to detail from the staff was excellent. The colleagues were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. We're really pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend them.

We had Lee as our assistant and he was so good he explained everything , he was lovely. What we liked most was we weren’t followed round and pestered, it was a good experience and one we would recommend.

Great choice of furniture. Pleasant setting to walk round. Was greeted in arrival then left to my own devices after being told where things were to be found. Don’t get pestered but staff were never far away. Young man who eventually dealt with me went out of his way to show me what I wanted and let me test out certain features. Very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

This is the second time we have bought from DFS and the staff are amazing so helpful couldn’t fault them.
