Sufficient , friendly and informative. We went to buy sofa- bed
We went to buy sofa- bed. We were explained where they are located and also how the label indicates that this item is a sofa- bed. We were approached by sales person just in time when we needed and left to make our decision after demonstration.( they weren’t into our faces much that I liked). I think, company doing well also by providing information online about the products. We just needed a bit reassurance before we made the purchase. Tracey helps us with advices about the fabrics( it was really usefull) , she instructed us in a friendly manner about the terms and conditions. Will be awaiting for the delivery now .

Ian needs a raise
Ian was so very patient, knowledgeable and understanding with what we needed. We wasted hours of his day but he never complained. Eventually we found what we hope will be the perfect sofa. We’ve had a bad experience with DFS in the past, but took a chance on Ian’s advice. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and relaxed during the whole process.
