From the moment we decided to buy, the salesman answered any queries we had, assisted us with choosing the right sofa and chairs to suit our requirements. he was very knowledgeable and explained all the options available. He guided us through placing the order, explaining all the aspects as we went along. In all, a very pleasant experience, and a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman !

Really enjoyed our experience today, James was very helpful explaining all details regarding the two sofas I was interested in, he asked me if I was interested in the small sofa or the larger one which I really didn’t realise there were, everything was very professional. I would recommend this company. Very friendly.
My daughter and I did have a chuckle regarding our tea and coffee which he totally forgot about but we didn’t mind as he was such a lovely person

Lovely sales man but lots of “samey same”
It’s uncomfortable when a sales person immediately comes over to you when browsing and starts the “sales chat”
Disappointed with the lack of range available. Lots of “the same”
We have been DFs customers for many years but there needs to be more choice
