Superb service, answered my query re a Belstaff product very quickly - product arrived the next day exactly as described and at an amazing price - can't quite believe it as I saved 100s of pounds on this - brilliant!

Items returned as they did not fit, had to pay postage. These were sent back to me, I got no email or contact ahead of this, stating a strong smell of perfume or aftershave. This was not true, I don’t wear either! No contact details on the letter they enclosed. Avoid this seller!!

Purchased a sale item and payment taken from my bank immediately, as soon as i confirmed the purchase and payment taken the item then came up unavailable and size out of stock.
Contacted them and they then say they have no history of my order after providing bank confirmations.
Exceptionally disappointing, stay away from them as they will not complete purchases.

Gave me only a partial refund for no reason

I contacted this retailer regarding a faulty bag where the zip detached from the waterproof seam after relatively light use. Instead of properly assessing the issue, they repeatedly dismissed it as “wear and tear” simply because more than 6 months had passed since purchase.

They also incorrectly stated that consumer rights only apply if the fault existed and was reported immediately, which is not how the Consumer Rights Act 2015 works. Your statutory rights do not disappear after 6 months.

What made this even more frustrating was that the manufacturer themselves were far more helpful and resolved the issue without any problems, showing a much better understanding of customer service and product responsibility than the retailer who actually sold the item.

Very disappointing customer service, poor understanding of consumer law, and no willingness to help a genuine customer with a genuine product fault.

Great products great prices and quick delivery’s but need to work on presentation and packing for items received when you spend a lot of money you expect items to arrive perfect not like it’s from a second hand store

Recently purchased some Havianas. Returned same day as they did not fit. Been charged two lots of postage. Now £7 out of pocket. Wouldn't buy through them again

Excellent response timing and extremely helpful with the issue I had. Also went the extra mile to ensure I got the item I wanted before it went out of stock. Really friendly and compassionate service and the delivery is extremely prompt too!

I would like to give Designerwear.co.uk zero,
Mainly for their lack of integrity Having seen their offer of
25% off site wide, I spent hours trying to enable this offer, having received two very negative responses I then sent forward my opinion regarding this offer [ pointing out to them that having spent three years studying RETAIL LAW their response to me was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.I have now received a message which states that the offer did not apply to intended purchase.
I now note that they have changed the wording on their web site, which substantiates my point, all they had to do was simply to offer me the 25% discount, as per their web page instructions.
Needless to say I will be forwarding this matter to trading standards, there is a principle at stake, its simple when you make a mistake try and put it right for the customer, REALLY POOR.

Returned items for refunding, had confirmation of return and amount to be credited back to me, then received £35 less on the credit than the email said? Emailed twice, nothing....phoned the 'customer' service' number....just beeps, will do a chargeback on my credit card as company uncontactable.
Cheap prices are ok UntiL you have a problem then NO way to contact, AVOID

Customer service is terrible…been a happy customer of theirs for a long time and never had any issues but first time I need help, they don’t want to help….they make things awkward and tell lies.
It was like I was talking to a 2 year old, as the replies were incomprehensible and had nothing to do with the issue I had with my order, wasting my time and theirs-pointless!
They obviously do not know how to deal with customers….
They obviously don’t want a business….
They don’t deserve to have a business…..
When a customer spends over £100 on a pair of trainers, you’d expect good customer service and support if any issues arise, but this company doesn’t realise that and just do NOT give a dam!
You are a DISGRACE….
