Excellent quality of products, quick delivery, highly recommended!

Bought a few Levi items at massively reduced prices . Most sizes were available at the time of purchase . I need to return an item but can’t find the order in the recent Oder section on my profile , that my only grumble . The company offer a range of designer clothes at reduced prices so I’ll definitely be shopping with them again overall I’m really pleased with my purchases and a big thumbs up from me , a really good online company

Placed order for next day delivery and didn’t receive confirmation email or courier update. I was only getting emails prompting me to complete my order and items waiting in the basket despite showing on my account that order has been placed. Couldn’t contact them apart from an email and when you get auto reply it says phones are down. Just looked suspicious. I did eventually get a reply and received my order a few days later but for the above reasons I will not recommend or shop with this company again.

Disappointing is an understatement. I bought a jumper, wore twice and washed twice according to the care instructions on the label. Jumper skrinks about 3 sizes and would now struggle to fit a child.

Clearly a very poor product was shipped, what kind of jumper shrinks like this after 2 compliant washes?

Emailed to complain and they say there is no proof I haven't washed it incorrectly and therefore they won't provide a resolution.

Consumer rights says that if a product fails within 6 months it is faulty and not of satisfactory condition when sold. Given that I washed it correctly and it failed, it is up to the retailer to prove it was satisfactory, not the other way around.

I've now had to raise a formal complaint as they refuse to assist.

Would highly recommend avoiding this company as if you have any issues they will just fob you off.

Another company, that doesn’t acknowledge returned goods! I have returned the item and received no email to say it’s been returned. I have a receipt for sending it back. I have emailed today but as stated on website it’s busy. I have phoned but lines permanently engaged ( what a surprise🙄)These companies need to get their customer service team in order.

Avoid. I received an incomplete order. Got an email asking me to contact them. Phone number provided is permanently engaged. Emails ignored. Still awaiting refund for missing items. Appalling Customer Service. 1 star only awarded as it’s impossible to give zero stars, which is what this company deserve. PayPal now involved to get my money returned. Amateurs-Best Avoided!
