I love your Coloursoft and Inktense ranges. These give colours are great and the fact you can buy individual pencils means that I can build up a collection.
I am enjoying experimenting with art and these products are both interesting and challenging (in a good way!). They arrived promptly and were very well packed. Thank you.

Bought a mixed tin to replace some pencils - Chromaflow for finished pieces and pro for sketching - still my favourites despite trying almost everything else on the planet

Brought Derwent 72 drawing colour…
Brought Derwent 72 drawing colour pencils , two pencils had problem one paint peeling on end other broken lead through pencil , phoned and they were replaced no problem , plus’s bought open stock pencils 13 total and they arrived promptly and packed in tins well done Derwent 👍 regards Roberta

good prompt delivery; all the individual pencils were sent in small pencil tins, so if you are buying Derwent pencils it’s good to buy direct from them
