Derwent Pencils Anmeldelser 

My package of pencils arrived quickly and very well packed. I have been using Chromaflow pencils for a few years and I wanted some new colours. Would love to buy the whole range but it will have to be in bite sizes. They are simply the best coloured pencils I have ever used; creamy, blendable and good coloured pencils strength.

Ordering exactly what I need, even down to singular pencils, or in this case a few pencils and a sharpener came free in the package too.
I'm always dubious of buying pencils online in case of breakages but Derwent always comes well packaged and safely stored in a 6 pencil tin. Every product I've ever been acquainted with has been of superior quality.
Delivery has always been amazingly fast and if there is a colour I'm missing from a collection I need to complete an artwork it is quite often delivered next day.
My only problem with buying from Derwent is that I could happily buy so very much more than I could afford!

I ordered a complete set of Derwent drawing pencils in a tin unfortunately the tin was dented. This was only a problem as the set was a gift.
I rang and spoke to someone who promptly arranged a new tin to be sent as a replacement, it duly arrived …job done ✔️

I’ve been a loyal customer of Derwent and always found them to be great quality. Unfortunately, that could not be said of my recent Drawing pencils purchase. Having spent a considerable amount of money on the 100 set, I found several of the pencils to crumble when sharpening.
I contacted their customer service team, along with videos/images to demonstrate my less than satisfactory experience.
After a little while , I got a response from a very helpful lady named Georgia, offering to rectify the situation. I immediately responded, but since then I have heard nothing back. It has now been nearly three weeks since I originally reached out and even though I have chased up several times, I’ve still had no response.
I understand customer service teams experience busy periods, but to not deal with the email after the first response is extremely poor.

I found the product easy to find on the site. I was easily able to select what I needed. My queries were answered promptly. Delivery was as expected, prompt and well packaged. Delightful staff and company to deal with plus a lovely product. This is my second time of ordering following a recomendation.

I have ordered quite a lot of art materials from Derwent. They always deliver in every sense of the word. I honestly cannot fault them. Their deliveries are on time, the quality of their products is excellent. Great company that cares about their customers..

Great high quality colouring pencils, at a very good price - you won't get them cheaper from a third party seller.
And a carrying tin thrown in for good measure.

I love the way you can select all the colours you want and then get them put in a tin case , that’s so handy for storage at home. I would recommend Derwent to everybody.
