Very good service with none of the high add on pricing. Ticket was delivered on time and would use again.

They took care of all of our ticket requests for the Oaks. Their parking lot was well worth the extra fee. It was just a couple of blocks from the track and getting in and out of it was easy.

They were easy to work with and personable. They answered additional questions I had which made it easier for me to select my seats for the Derby. The only scary part about this is that you spend a lot of money for Derby tickets and you don't know exactly where you will be seated. You will know the general vicinity, but you place your trust in them to get you where you are really intending to be. We were in a covered box area which is what we requested and in the area we requested. The only slight issue was that we were pretty far under the cover, and our view was somewhat obstructed. When the tickets arrived, they even said "Obstructed view." It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. We were able to see the track but we were pretty far away and did most of our watching on the TV screen near our box. I would advise asking questions regarding this specific issue. Other than that, the tickets arrived as stated when they would.

tickets were said to be in row A ON THE RAIL. I had one ticket on the rail and one in the second row. Second row does not mean on the rail!

My experience with getting tickets from Derby Box was excellent. They did everything they said, tickets arrived on time, and seats were exactly as chosen. However, I would never spend 500$ per seat to sit in a garbage filled area in extremely expensive shoes and clothing. There was NOBODY familiar with the track enough to direct us to our seats. It seemed the people checking wristbands were hired as temporary staff. They were rude and unhelpful, and unfamiliar with the layout of the track. No board, no maps, etc. Very poorly organized and managed. Whoever was in charge should be fired. The place had floating garbage everywhere on Derby Day because of the rain. Of course, they were unprepared. I highly suggest a few trash cans!!! Also, not a feeling of security. Not one officer or security person in the entire bleacher area, neither inside or out. Would never attend again. Watch it in a nice bar with big flat screen tv if you want to enjoy the Derby!!

This was our first time going to Kentucky and to the Derby. We really didn’t know the area, where to stay, what to do, where to sit, etc. We found derbybox online, called and they took care of everything. It was very easy and they were very thorough. We had a wonderful time. We will go back again and will use derbybox.

Very good seats, and great customer service. Prices naturally rose as we got closer to the derby - however, in my case they rose 50% in one business day. This would be my only reservation.
