اسوأ تجربة بحياتي مرة علي .. حجزت رحلة لكروز لابنتي مريضة السرطان بعد جلوسها بالمستشفى وقتا طويل وقد حاولت مع اطائها لاخد اسبوع نقاهه لها والغاء جميع المواعيد بهذا الاسبوع حجزت ودفعت المبلغ كاملا .. وعندما ذهبت للمروز ووقفنا بالانتضار لساعتين اخبرونا ان الحجز ملغي بسبب خطا من النظام لديهمذوقد اعترفو بذلك اخبرتهم انني لا استطيع تخصيص وقت اخر لسفر ابنتي ولكنهم اخبروني انهم لايستطيعون فعل اي شي .. وانهم مستعدين لحجز رحلة لي بشهر مايو اي بعد شهر ولكن لايوجد اي كبينه بنفس المستوى اذا وجب علي دفع الفرق من مالي الخاص !!! ههههه كما ان الموعد لايناسبني اصلا لكن الوقاحه باخباري ان ما يمكن عمله ... شركة غبيه جدا ووقحه ولا تحترم العميل ابدا .. انها بالفعل اسوأ تجربة لي .. اعطيتهم جميع تقارير ابنتي واعطيتهم مادفعته لاوبر ذهاب وعودة وارسلت لهم صور الانتضار الطوييييل الذي وقفنا به لحين وصولنا للكاونتر لكن لا احترام للعميل ابدا .. The worst experience of my life ever.. I booked a cruise trip for my daughter, who is a cancer patient after sitting in the hospital for a long time. She tried with her to take a week of recuvery for her and cancel all appointments this week. I booked and paid the full amount. When I went to the mar and we stopped waiting for two hours, they told us that the reservation was cancelled because of a mistake from their system, and they admitted it. I told them that I couldn't allocate another time for my daughter's travel, but they told me that they couldn't do anything. And they are ready to book a trip for me in May, that is, after a month, but there is no cabin at the same level, so I have to pay the difference from my own money!!! Hahaha, and the date does not suit me in the first place, but the rudeness tells me that what can be done... A very stupid and rude company that never respects the client. It's actually my worst experience. I gave them all my daughter's reports and gave them what I paid for Uber round trip and sent them pictures of the long waiting that we stood with until we reached the counter, but there is no respect for the customer at all.

We used them once about 4 years ago and just the other day the first solicitor called us asking if we knew we had "accumulated" 1000 points (dollar for dollar) and that they were offering now an additional 500 points on our next cruise using any of their 24 affiliated cruise lines. Sure, we said we're interested. Who wouldn't be. "Oh lovely", he says. Let me switch you over to Kyle who will further help you book your next cruise. After going back and forth with Kyle, who was trying to get us to multi book cruises and give him $10,000, which he later dropped to $8,599, we decided to pass. The scam is that after 25 minutes talking with Lyle, we went on the RC web page and found the exact same cruise booking with the exact same price he was trying to sell us. So we asked Kyle where his 1500 point discount comes in. Unfortunately for Kyle, he had no answer. Oh well, cheerio!

Had a fantastic sell for my cruise. Room was on the promenade deck and could oversee stores, band playing, overall it was a little noisy at times but great view. I enjoyed myself. Will do again

I didn't even get the opportunity to book a cruise. The agent 'helping' me was told our preferences. We require 2, 2 bedroom suites. There are 6 of us. My parents each need their own room, and my husband and I a room as well as our kids. We also provided the Bahamas as a location, but I did mention carribean. All of that aside once we bounced from panama to costa rica we finally landed closer to the Bahamas. I agreed to book and hold based on the agents recommendation. Good thing I had the foresight to check the rooms, and what did I see? Single bedrooms, with 1 king bed. Not ok. I called back and told the agent I was done. Quite frankly if you cannot listen to what I want, I don't want you booking a $30,000+ trip for me. The agent insisted on reaching out again, I had explicitly said 12:30 as that was my lunch hour, I was called at 10am. I refused to discuss and again told him I was unlikely to do business with them, but sure go ahead and email me options. I was then given rooms that still wont work, featuring two king beds. I really love repeating myself for no reason. If I wanted this experience, I would run a daycare and talk to them about my cruising options. Now I sent him an email follow up to his, saying I'm sorry but no we're done. You've ignored what I asked for. We didn't limit cruise lines or budget etc, we're shopping for options here and you're not listening. Then the agent pushed back at me, saying that I wasn't clear, I referenced Yacht club ... I am not the expert here. If you want to offer 'professional services' I would also recommend calling me by my name, which is not Taylor
