Called before purchasing. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Talked me into purchasing less expensive tickets than I had planned for. Only wish I would have know our seats were beside a volume w/ large pipes coming from the 3rd floor. Obstructed view to the finish line. Other than that, great experience. would use again.

Easy and a great way to enjoy my first Derby!

I ordered my Kentucky Oaks ticket at last minute, got a great seat and picked up my ticket at the office the day before the race. I highly recommend DerbyBox.com for tickets. It's easy to order the ticket online, and pick up in the office if not enough time to get your tickets in the mail. I was given a parking lot pass when I picked up my ticket, which was a huge plus! Also, I received an email in advance of the office hours (closed on Derby Day), which was super helpful with planning.

We got our tickets from the Derby Box in a timely manner, when we booked the tickets over the phone, we paid $275.00 each for our seats, and were told that if we chose clubhouse seats we would be undercover, of course when we arrived on the Friday, for the Kentucky Oaks we were not undercover, very disappointing we had traveled from outer state to attend this event,Derby Box you need to tell the truth when you are selling tickets, would not book with Derby Box again.
