We bought a Rumi sofa from Denelli. We were a little apprehensive as we were not able to see it in the showroom but the website pictures combined with the additional information, pictures plus a sample from Vejay convinced us. We are delighted, it is just as described with a high quality leather in the sample colour. We were promised delivery before Xmas and that promise was kept.

First purchase of tv unit was OK. Product lovely. No damage and very helpful delivery guys. Thank you. Second recent purchase of matching side table not so good. Each order i asked them, Danelli Italia, Milton Keynes to confirm they would set up any items that need it and they would take all packaging away. It was confirmed as a yes to both. I was told they use a premium courier who specialises in making sure every delivery goes smoothly as promised. Please bear in mind Danelli Italia also request a premium cost and you do have to wait weeks just so they can hold back until they are passing your area, even if it's sitting there already in their warehouse. Anyway second delivery today and literally dropped at my door and refused to set up or take packaging. I know they may respond saying why and to please contact us but already have and not listened to. Danelli, it is fine if you do charge extra for this service however please make it clear to customers and give them the option. I was definitely not told. I was away and a kind elderly neighbour waited in for me. You totally ignored my wishes left with him. Shame on you.

Met Vejay and worked through the options on the sofas and then did the measurements for the modular sofas we had chosen.
There were two separate modular sofas, one for ground floor, the other for the first floor and the room dimensions made the sizing complicated but Vejay was excellent and very professional throughout.
Orders were placed and delivered from Italy on schedule.
Delivery and assembly team were prompt, polite and professional and the modules were assembled in a couple of hours and all packaging removed.
Excellent service.
We have since placed an order for some mirrors and they are again on time with delivery due next week.

Sofa hasn’t arrived yet but the sales experience was first rate. The showroom is packed with furniture laid out in an accessible way that showcases the ranges. The staff were brilliant, providing input if requested but otherwise leaving you to get on with it. The furniture range is extensive with numerous configurations, shapes and sizes with plentiful fabrics and leather choices layered on top. A thoroughly first rate experience without any hard sell.

The Sofa set I purchased is not only comfortable but also features outstanding finishing. I am highly satisfied and already considering buying more items from them in the future.

I ordered my corner sofa, the company explained I would have my sofa delivered before Christmas, I received a call last week to say my sofa was ready for delivery, I was very excited, from ordering, to my delivery, I was very pleased, the 2 men who delivered the sofa were amazing, they carried the sofa in 3 stages, they had to climb 12 steps, manoeuvre around a stairlift and unpacked the sofa and cleaned up the cardboard and wrappings, they treat me with respect and we're very friendly, Danelli Italia 100% company.

We were moving into a new build property and Denelli kept our furniture in storage until we were ready for delivery.
Delivery guys were on time, polite good service

Waited 2 years through Covid for the sofa, very poor quality Tried several times to reject it, they wasn't intrested. Just called them to fix a number of ongoing issues, was told it's only gauranteed for 2 years. I'll stick with DFS next time. The sofa cost over 4K.
