Nothing has been too much trouble from arranging a facetime call of the showroom to ensuring we had the fabrics to make the right choice. No pressure at all, just genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Great company to deal with. Vejay was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sourced a dining table for us and arranged for it to be made to our specifications. All furniture was delivered and assembled expertly with no fuss. Happy to recommend.

Veejay and his team are incredibly helpful, they really guide you on what to choose and are very open about the pro's and con's for each model. They give excellent customer service, updating us on the delivery times. In short, they offere oustanding value and quality with great customer service.

Best sofa we have ever bought! Look and feels high earn. Even though there was a delay with the sofa arriving, it worth the wait considering it is being manufactured in Italy. The delivery company handled the sofa with care. Family and friends give compliment about our sofa, and my niece ordered one as she is buying a new home.

Absolutely amazing customer service as usual. I have been buying furniture from Denelli for over 10 years. In fact my house looks like a miniature version of their warehouse. I have just taken delivery of 6 Saint dining room chairs which look stunning with our dining table also a Denelli purchase. Veejay really knows how to look after his customers and always gives good deals

We visited the MK showroom in January 2025 when it was in fact closed but Steve let me in and was patient, attentive and helpful. We then returned and ordered some living room sofas. The help, care and attention that I was given by Vish when buying the furniture and then in his aftercare was first class. The sofa have arrived. The delivery staff were respectful and efficient. The sofas are as beautiful as we hoped and of an excellent quality. I highly recommend Denelli for the product and service they provide.

From going into the showroom in Milton Keynes to delivery of our new sofa and dining table, Vejay and his team have been excellent. Good communication and extremely helpful.

I purchased a leather Thomas sofa, foot stool and armchair from Denelli Italia in February. Amazing service from the company and especially from Ajay - from choosing finishes, to organisation, samples, keeping in touch and delivery. Professional service, excellent design and high-quality materials - highly recommended. Thank you.

Steve who served us on our first visit, and looked after us during the decision making and pricing process of our sofa purchase was great.
He was very competent and knowledgeable about their products and found a solution to a problem we have been wrestling with for many months.
Not only did he offer one solution to our problem, he actually offered us three, all within the space of a few minutes.
He was patient, calm and didn't put is under any pressure which really made all the difference.
He dealt with any questions we had, and always got back to us punctually during the three weeks we were deciding what to do.
The products in the showroom were good quality and in a price bracket that we found fair for the quality that was offered.
The other staff theat we met were also very friendly and competent.
Our experience at Denelli Italia was all around positive.

I cannot praise Denelli Italia enough, i made a mistake when ordering my sofa and Ajay helped us resolve the situation beyond my expectations. He was so helpful and understanding and without any hesitation he helped us resolve our issues. Our new sofa is gorgeous and extremely comfortable, i will definately be returning to Denelli Italia for future purchases.
