DC Law for conveyance administrative operate an IT system called e-way which is a brilliant tool for communication and document storage and reviewing / signing essential paperwork. Coupled with the appointed solicitor (Esme Hible) who was absolutely brilliant in responding and was always available for quick calls. I would recommend DC Law to any home buyer / seller for the conveyancing process. By far the best conveyancing company / system and customer service I have encountered to date. Totally anonymous, bureaucratic, customer un-facing so called law organisation.
Never responds to emails and they love to fire off annoying emails over things that have been queried or cannot be progressed without their action.
Avoid these keyboard clerks pretenting to be law professionals.

We had an overall really positive experience with DC Law. Gareth, our case handler, was extremely responsive - nearly always responding to our queries within an hour or two. We had a particularly arduous process in selling our house yet Gareth remained helpful and efficient the whole way through. The only issue we ran into was not being aware that DC Law cannot handle purchases of property with land.

Can’t thank Hollie Pomford enough for making my first ever home purchase an easy process. Always responded to questions in good time and very friendly

It wasn't the most straightforward sale due to some confusion about what was actually for sale, and at at one point I thought I was going to lose the buyer. Lisa handled the sale of my parents house after their passing and despite the long length of time to completion due to 3rd parties and buyers solicitors, was always available to me for guidance as I was a real novice. She always called me back if she was not available and although I often got frustrated at how long things took, kept a calm, professional manor to reassure me that it was normal for this type of sale.

Overall a good company, a few issues through the selling of my house but eventually it all got sorted 😊

From beginning to finish (completion of a sale) Nasreen Akhtar was always very professional and provided me with her expert advice and timely assistance throughout the transaction.
She always kept me informed fully and acted promptly and efficiently (after giving me advice and then taking my instructions).

Going through a house sale . I would definitely recommend DC law and especially Megan . This process without her would have been stressful to say the least . Her knowledge , experience and professionalism has been second to none . Highly recommend

I would not recommend this law company to anyone I was given this company by my estate agent and didn’t think nothing of it but I would highly recommend any one to not use them .They are a nightmare to get hold of I had 3 different solicitors on my conveyance of my house could not get in touch with any of them over the time even the team they have to help with the paperwork no reply s to emails and if I wasn’t into with the buyer myself I probably would have lost the sale of my house through their incompetence and also when you ring the number on the website they can’t put you through to any of your solicitor s just a joke really don’t use them totally frustrating and stressful
