Rented a van from the Avonmouth branch in Bristol on Friday. The lady was very professional and did everything so that I had an excellent experience from the company she represents. I will recommend Days Rental to anyone who needs to hire a vehicle.

This was our first experience of hiring a Motorhome. Days customer service was great. Special mention to Dave and Pete, they were very patient and explained everything about the Motorhome to us before we left. They were really a credit to Days.

First time for us to hire a motor home, we had ours from Day’s in Swansea, first class service from the start , we had a fantastic brand new motor home and I have to give a special mention to Peter and Dave who were both fantastic with their help and advice and made the whole experience stress free , will definitely be returning soon

Hired a motorhome for 5 days from Days Motorhomes in Swansea and found the experience to be faultless.
We had a four berth Motorhome and it was spotlessly clean.
Peter and Dave gave me a thorough understanding of how everything worked and could not do enough to help make it as easy as possible (even helping with my bikes).
On the van's return Peter and Dave were again super helpful and made booking it back in as effortless as possible.
I can't recommend Days Motorhomes enough.

Days rental in Leckwith Cardiff - excellent, flexible service. Use them for vehicles (mostly lorries / trucks) for work and they are always helpful and accomodating.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Initially delt with Stuart in the office, who is very accommodating with any (and many) requests we had.
The 2 guys who do the handovers, Peter & Dave, are extremly helpful and friendly and nothing seems to be a problem.
The Motor Home we had was in excellent condition and the whole fleet seems to be no older than 1 year old.
We have already booked a 2nd hire for 3 weeks in July.
I can't reccomend Day's rental enough.

Booked a crew cab pick-up from Days Bristol. Despite not having one on site the team were very supportive, sourcing and arranging delivery of the vehicle I required - even to the point of confirming colour (which was very important to my client). Collection was swift and painless with parking provided for my vehicle while I used the rental. Despite returning the vehicle earlier than planned due to change in agenda (no reflection on Days) the team remained accommodating, agreeing to refund the difference with no quibble. Returned at 4pm on Friday, the refund was back in my account 7am Monday. I have rented vehicles for business all over the world and genuinely never received better service and in consequence, value. I will certainly be back.

Booked a large van from Wrexham branch to help a relative move house. Very impressed with efficient service, friendly and helpful staff and value for money. Will recommend highly and certainly use again should the need arise.

It all started very well. My first call was dealt with by a lovely guy called Roger from the Haverfordwest branch, who was very helpful. I made 2 more calls the very same week and unfortunately the same lady answered both of those calls. I didn't get her name but she was one of the rudest people i have come across. She's definitely in the wrong job. I will find out her name and i will be putting in a complaint. I'm not renting the van until next week so i can't comment any further.

I went Newport branch. The staff call Adam. He is very helpful and friendly. He tried help me much as he can. Highly recommended. Best car rent company and branch ever l used in my life.

I would like to Thank Day's Rental for there outstanding service. Although I only hired for a short period, Mark Livingston from the branch at Aberystwyth was extremely helpful and very professional. Everything was smooth and organised. The vehicle was great and the handover/takeover was very good. I was extremely surprised that there was no excess mileage charge for my hire. Great company, Great employees and Great vehicles. Thank you.

I used the wrexham branch and was very impressed. the staff are friendly,helpful and efficient. the price was good and the van was very clean,modern and well maintained. will definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

The Avonmouth depot with Steve Garland and his team gave me absolutely brilliant service. I needed a specific type of vehicle (a six seater crew cab with specific space requirements in the back). Never having hired anything like this before Steve was very patient and explained the options and went into the yard to take lots of pictures of the vehicle for me which he sent me very promptly on a Saturday morning. Then at the last minute Marie contacted me to say that they had swapped my vehicle for another one which was an even better match for my requirements. Friendly, efficient, helpful and good value. What more could you want!

Service from Dave and Pete was brilliant and the motorhome 6 berth was amazing..hot water fast!

Too your reply about you saying the van was advising as a 105ps I have a photo of your add showing you advertising it as a 130ps. If you would like proof I would be happy too provide the images that I have. Only have too ask ? So yes you did use false advertisement to take advantage of people. Lucky I knew it wasn't the same van as advertised and got away from this dealer before too late.

And in regards to my behaviour how would you like too pay £18500 for a van and it wasn't what you were told it was how would you react ?
Typical sales man lying for a sale and all back each other up even up too the complaints department.

Absolutely fantastic service, Tracy in customer service bent over backwards to really help me out when I was badly let down by a national hire company, all the team are courteous, friendly and very helpful. I can only thank them from the bottom of my heart.
