Don't rent a van very often but with moving house had no choice. The staff were excellent and the vehicle I hired was spotless inside and out ,will defo use them again .

Whole experience was seamless. After requesting a booking, I was pleased to receive a phone call advising me that the vehicle I'd requested was indeed available. A welcome touch as opposed to the usual email confirmation these days.
Upon arrival to the centre in Wrexham I was greeted by Carol - a lovely lady wearing a constant smile. Exceptionally friendly and many laughs were had!
I'd highly recommend Day's Rental Wrexham. An efficient service.

A pleasure to deal with - prompt, efficient, and very professional. I called to make an initial enquiry and was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable lady called Carol. I booked the van straight away and turned up on the agreed day, the van was immaculate and ready. Carol dealt with all the paperwork and one of the staff had turned it round ready for me to drive away. Great service - I would recommend them to anyone and they were the most cost effective!

I had excellent service from Newport days rental lovely friendly service from Adam days rental is excellent value for money compared to any other van rental company they even offer price promise

This couldn't have been easier. I used their sire online to find the vehicle I needed. I reserved it through the online process and duly turned up. The staff were quick and efficient, telling me all I needed to know (such as keeping the hire slip in the van in case I needed ID at the tip (which I did!)). I finished moving my mother in law (don't make any jokes about leaving her at the tip!! :-) ) earlier than we had expected, so I took the van back. I was ready to pay for the 3 days and left to drive home. On my way, Carol called me and informed me that, as I'd returned the van early, I had one less day to pay, so to expect an additional refund on top of my deposit. A very pleasant ending to a very pleasant experience. Thank you Days - from a very infrequent van hirer who was previously nervous of the process. :-)

Having done my homework and knowledge about what vehicle I wanted to purchase I visited days rental Swansea I spoke to a gentleman briefly and had permission to view some ex rental motorhomes so I did. After this I entered the building and stood patiently in the foyer where a large salesman approached me
I quickly explain exactly what I needed and he says to me "calm down buying a vehicle is a pleasurable experience don't get in my face" this person's reactions to me completely took me by surprise as I was approached by the gentleman and didn't think I was acting anything other than normal. I felt humiliation and upset this man made me feel so awkward. I exited the property quickly and quietly.
Does this man know how to deal with all kinds of different people that walk through their doors as we all come in different shapes sizes and personalities. So disappointed.

Helped me out when my removal firm let me down. Was left in a position of having to find a large van last minute (so I could move myself) at very short notice. I explained my situation and was called back within minutes after a quick van stock check.

Hired a van from the New Eastleigh (Southampton) branch and the whole experience was excellent. Gemma dealt with us from start to finish and the service was excellent. Emailed when promised and was understanding when we were worried about bring the vehicle back in time. The van was brand new, the perfect size and the best local price. When we came to collect the van Mark checked the vehicle out to us and this was very smooth with no issues. We would use you again and tell our friends how great you had been. Rented a Motorhome for the first time, Peter and Dave were really helpful, gave advice and explain everything clearly. When we came back even showed us other vans as we are going to hire again for our next holiday.

Excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Stuart and Dave and returned motorhome to Peter and Mel. We booked late so had to have what was available, mentioned this to Mel and Pete and they showed us the others so we know what we want for next time when we book earlier! Derek and Sue.
