Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Ordered a very expensive guitar case for my sons 30th birthday. I waited over a week then rang. They assured me it would be delivered within a few days. A week later I called again. It’s out of stock they told me. We’ll refund your money in 10 days.

Website is difficult to maneuver....ordered 2 guitars ,,,but refunded due to wrong shipment....follow up email for a reorder was not answered.....not clear on whether product is available or not.....from warehouse or supplier....ordering is not an easy process....

I think my review is fair as I ordered something ages ago and still haven’t had it and i was told that the product would’ve been restocked con the 24 and I still haven’t had an email telling me when or if it has been sent or will be sent
Most disappointed
Most disappointed, I have ordered a violin on the website in June 24, and today is 5 August and still haven't received it. Called customer service twice and they have no idea when the violin arrives.

Placed my order 1 month ago. Was advised 7 to 10 days delivery.
Currently I have had to switch two of my items because of stock issues. I'm still awaiting my guitar to arrive.
I was very pleased with Dawsons on all fronts
I was very pleased with both the quality of the service (including communication) and the quality of the instrument purchased from Dawsons Music & Sounds. The instrument arrived carefully packaged and in top condition ; I was somewhat surprised to find that it was even in tune! I should also mention the very competitive price (well over £100 less than that quoted by my nearest musical instrument dealer).

After ordering the karaoke machine I was emailed a few days later to say only a display piece was available . After accepting this , when it arrived the power cable was missing. I have informed them and am still waiting for an update 3 weeks later .

The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with a company . Had to fight to get a refund for my order which they did not have in stock. Endless amounts of phone calls with staff who were absolutely useless and lied every time about why my refund was not being processed ! Will never order from this company again .
